rapture,1998. i have followed your site for a # of months and have throughly enjoyed it. i am a lawyer and a pastor and firmly believe that the rapture is near-- even in 1998. i accepted Christ when i was 15 and i am now 49, i will be 50 in November. Ever since i received the baptism in and of the Holy Spirit, i have felt that the rapture is going to occur in my lifetime. the blessed hope is now my expectation and you have helped to bring it into sharper focus. Your detractors should be careful because even though the rapture did not occur on May 31, your site has impacted many and your reward in heaven will be substantial.

Keep up the good work. Yours in love through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Shalom. Erev Tov!

YHVH has softened my heart. I repent of my harsh words. As I was getting ready to shoot-off another condemnation I saw the picture you posted of the girl standing in the wedding dress watching those praying at the Wailing Wall. Then a voice spoke to my heart, "Which one are you? Are you the young woman or are you one of those with your back to the bride and eyes towards a wall?

If you are right and Y'shua comes on the Orthodox Pentecost, I hope to see you in person to ask for your forgiveness in person.

My reply

You don't need to. You are forgiven already. Members of the Bride must have the love of God in their hearts, for God is love. The Lord and his Bride must have a love relationship. The brethren should have fellowship one with another. The world does not understand Christian fellowship. It is the Holy Spirit that draws us to one another, not because we all believe everything alike, but because we all belong to Christ; we believe the right things about Christ. All else is secondary.

The date is not what is important. We are just doing what the Lord said to do--watch. What is important is what takes place in our hearts.

I knew that when Jerusalem was "one united whole," it was a "sign," the Sign of the End of the Age. Why didn't I think of the date--6-7-67, June 7?

See you in glory whenever the Lord comes. In the abundant love of the Lord

How about this?

Matt. 25:5      But the bridegroom delaying, all nodded and slept. The greek word used here for delay means to linger, delay, or tarry according to the Thayer Greek-English Lexicon, word  #5549. This lexicon shows the same word used in the following scriptures:
  Hebrews 10:37
  Luke 1:21
  Matthew 24:48
  Luke 12:45

Hebrews 10:35-39:
So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For in just a very little while, "He who is coming will come and will not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him." But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved. (NIV)

Luke 1:21:
Meanwhile, the people were waiting for Zechariah and wondering why he stayed so long in the temple. (NIV)

Matthew 24:48-51
But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, 'My master is staying away a long time,' and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards. The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of.  He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (NIV)

Luke 12: 45-46
But suppose the servant says to himself, 'My master is taking a long time in coming,' and he then  begins to beat the menservants and maidservants and to eat and drink and get drunk. The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers. (NIV)

The quote from Hebrews is accually a quote from Habakkuk.  Hab 2:1-3:
I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.  Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.  (NIV)

The New Scofield Bible references the following from linger in verse three:
  Psalms 27: 13-14
  James 5: 7-8
  2 Peter 3:9

Psalms 27: 4-14
One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD.  Hear my voice when I call, O LORD; be merciful to me and answer me.  My heart says of you, "Seek his face!" Your face, LORD, I will seek.  Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, O God my Savior.  Though my father and mother forsake me, the LORD will receive me. Teach me your way, O LORD; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors. Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, breathing out violence.  I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.  Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. (NIV)

James 5: 7-9
Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains.  You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord's coming is near.  Don't grumble against each other, brothers, or you will be judged. The Judge is standing at the door!  (NIV)

2 Peter 3: 3-9
First of all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.  They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised? Ever since our fathers died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation."  But they deliberately forget that long ago by God's word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water.  By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed.  By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.  But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.  The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.  (NIV)

Read all of the above scriptures in their entire context and I don't think you'll have any problem seeing why we have to linger for a while.

Rapture
I keep seeing reports on your sight about the strange weather we are seeing. I throught I might add my two cents. There are have been 2 very minor (3.5) earthquakes outside of Charlotte, North Carolina during the past 2 months. The first was the first week of April. The second was this past Wednesday (June 3). By California standards, not a big deal. By North Carolina and east coast standards, a very big deal when you consider Matthew 24:7.

May the Lord bless you. And, hopefully. . .prayerfully. . .we will all be conversing face-to-face next week!

rapture
Just read the last believer's e-mail of encouragement to you regarding the ten virgins. Worthy of study and interesting. I do also believe this was a wake-up call. I was so very much anticipating the return that there is still a complete sense of belief even with Shavuot past according to our calendars. And how completely like the Lord for us all to find out that the feast is pending according to the Orthodox. Love you, sister. By the way, have you noticed how we are all in one accord [via your posted e-mails] and have a pure spirit toward the studies, dates and reports; how alive and alert we were/are, even though the shout did not happen last weekend? Something wonderful and mighty is happening to the body who are studying and trying to piece these wonderful mysteries together which only now seem to be glaringly apparent to our eyes. Paul said something which years ago inspired me to begin studying: "But of the times and seasons brethren, you are not ignorant . . . " In the context of his Jewishness and their dates, given by God [His appointed Feasts] I began an intense study. This is happening to many of us it seems. Keep studying and posting for the rest of we students

PS. Me again. Something another of the family just e-mailed you made me sit up and grab the Word. My father showed me many years ago something about the resurrection of Yeshua and John's account. Ch: 20: "The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene, while it was yet dark, unto the sepulcher." She was the first person to seek him. v. 11-15 shows that the first person to speak to him was Mary. My dad likened it to the lover searching during the night for her beloved in the Song of Solomon. Particularly poignant to me was dad continuing that John 20 appears to be the end of a book and John 21 starts anew. Chapter 20 reveals three appearances: One to a single person; a woman seeking him. The next to a portion, another rank of followers. Finally, Thomas saw him. Notice there is no condemnation to Thomas seeking confirmation, only an added blessing for those of us who cannot put our hands into his scars yet. John 21:14 states that this was the third time he appeared to the disciples after the resurrection. Notice "showed himself to the disciples" not Mary, a picture of the Bride. My father taught me, and I am now studying, that this final book of John is a picture of Zechariah 14 where he appears to the world. Notice in John 21:6 that the disciples cast a net at this appearance of Yeshua. Notice that the fish are numbered. Habakkuk 1:14-17 infers that the fish are nations. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in and continue the wonderful anticipation and one mind we all seem to have in looking for our Lord and supporting you in your work. Love ya

Touch Me not Just another thought on this one..I think it's more than just Jesus not wanting to be touched by Mary.

Numbers 19:11 He who touches the dead body of anyone shall be unclean seven days.
Numbers 19:22 Whatever the unclean person touches shall be unclean.

Mary Magdalene was present when the body of Jesus was prepared for burial. If she touched the dead body then she would be unclean for seven days. It would have contaminated His sinless blood if Jesus would have allowed Mary to touch him.

None of the 11 Disciples were present at the burial so they were still clean, which meant they could touch Jesus without making Him unclean.

Mary was spiritually clean (she had already accepted Jesus as her savior) but not physically clean (according to the Law given by God) at this point.

I found this information on the Y-files. A paper titled The Paradise Paradox by Guy Cramer..very interesting reading.

God Bless you Marilyn..hope to see you tomorrow in Paradise!

Re: thanks
Last Saturday I expected the return of Jesus for us. When He did not return I thought I would be discouraged. Although I was disappointed, I found myself not discouraged, but hopeful - still looking upward. I have had a strange peace about me - kind of disconnected from the world - this week. I believe He is on His way for us, that God has said to Jesus "Go, bring home the bride".

Anyway, I want to thank you for your faithful work. I have been praying for His return for years, but never felt that we were so close to the date before. I look forward to seeing you! Maranatha!

just a thought
Hello, dear lady. Wow! We have been following all the developments of the last week. We certainly live in interesting days... So glad that you are not disheartened or under attack or anything silly like that.

The Lord told me, "Marilyn was right." (that the time for Him to come was Pentecost.) That's all He said, I believe. However, I think His implication was that we are now in the "tarrying" stage. Or, if Pentecost is really June 7, we WILL BE in the tarrying stage. And I feel it is possible that the length of that tarrying may be somewhat longer than 7 days. Long enough to be a proper test, perhaps. Maybe a few weeks?

However long, I don't think they can get going on the third temple until we are outta here. And the second one took, what, 46 years? Since it has to be built in a special manner, the use of modern heavy equipment may be sharply restricted. If they started TODAY, they'd have about three years before sacrifices must begin, according to the timeline you were given. So, any way you cut it, our "tarrying" time can't be very long.

I just don't want us to be discouraged if we have to wait beyond the hoped-for seven days. We won't have to wait much longer.

I hope your aches and pains are gone. I pray health and healing to you in Jesus' name, amen.

I can't help but wonder what thoughts went through the minds of Noah and his family as they waited for those seven days. God had sealed them into the ark, the nay-sayers were probably outside having a heyday at Noah's expense (Noah must have heard them) - and no rain! I wonder if Noah, or any of his family, had any second thoughts? I feel as many others, if not now, then SOON! Remember the servant from Jesus's parable? "My Lord delayeth his coming..." and proceded to descend to a life of abusing his fellow servants. "My Lord delayeth His coming," but soon and very soon, He that shall come will come! God Bless!

My reply

When I read Gen. 7 in the KJV, it sounds like there was a 7-day wait. In the NIV, it sounds like there was not a 7-day wait. Read it in different versions and see what you think.

Haven't sent you anything for awhile but wanted to share something with you. Like you, last Saturday I went to sleep before 10PM. Guess I figured the Lord would wake me at the proper time, but I just couldn't keep my eyes open. Anyway, about 11PM (which was 9AM Jerusalem time) I felt something like a moderate earthquake shaking me and my bed a bit. Felt like the Holy Spirit had come upon me and I thought it was the rapture. Obviously (since I'm still here) it ceased after maybe 10 or 15 seconds. Checked the USGS, etc. web pages and there was NO earthquake anywhere that could have possibly been felt here in Irvine.

Did you experience anything that night? I'm wondering if I was being "sealed" during a "dress rehearsal". Guess we'll all find out tomorrow night or Sunday AM. Still watching and waiting too!!!!

See you "On the Other Side"

My reply

I was not aware of an earthquake. It was an uneasy sleep for me. I was in such pain that I seemed aware of it all night even though I never got awake any more than just to turn over.

this is how I felt!!!I snipped this from a pro con you just posted and was amazed!  This is exactly how I felt last week!  I had goosebumps when I read this!  I literally felt as thought I was detached from this world and couldn't figure out why!  I felt as though I was walking a couple of inches above the ground and was watching everyone.  It was so strange I thought I was nuts!  Actually I thought it was hormones or something! ha!  Oh, I am so joyous right now :)  Love in Christ

  snipped:
I think the rapture is very close, I've talked to my friends and they feel as I do that we are in some kind of dream! We feel somehow detached from ourselves. Like in a state of not here nor there. I had a terrible dream on May 26, that really frightened me. I believe it has to do with the rapture. I believe as you do, (because of my dream) that there is some kind of sifting going on right now. I pray that everyone hold tight to their faith and I believe that we should be praying for our Christian brothers and sisters.

Greetings in Jesus. We are waiting and watching while we continue to work for the Kingdom Of God. A friend of mine forwarded a bunch of things which came off your web site and I was very encouraged. I have not had a chance to go through it all but wanted to suggest that it may be that when Jesus compared His coming to the days of Noah and the days of lot, these 2 examples may prototyp both raptures. In the days of Noah, Noah and his family entered the ark, (the first rapture), the door was shut and 7 days later the rain came. But in the days of Lot, As soon as Lot and his family were safe and out of the city, fire and brimstone fell immediately, just as in the second rapture. This is probably old news to you, but I thought it interesting.

It may mean nothing at all but last friday, may 29, one day before we expected the rapture, our water line broke at the rear of our property, creating a small flood. We repaired it. Today, again one day before we expect the rapture to happen again, our water line breaks again but this time right next to our house, and again a small flood resulted. I don't have a clue what it means but it is strange. Oh well. Many blessings, and hope to see you tomorrow.

My reply

I think the days of Noah apply to the first Rapture and the days of Lot to the second, also Enoch to the first and Elijah to the second.

There may not be a 7 day wait after Noah went into the Ark. King James Version sounds like there is. NIV sounds like there is not.

Water is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. A flood ties in with Noah. Two floods. Two Pentecost dates. Interesting.

Hope to see you in glory tomorrow.

Fri. At 8:25 am. there were 122,941 - so that means that 999 have LOOKED since last night at 5:10 pm - AND THE DAY is only HALF OVER! HA! SOMEONE is still WATCHING -

I suspect it the WISEMEN Club - the FOOLISHMEN are out drinking and beating their servants . . . how does that go?? Anyway you KNOW what I mean.

I think this was a GOOD "shake-down" experience. Allowing us to SORT OUT the Important [friends and loved ones] from the URGENT [like faxes, phones and nay-sayers].

Is there a correlation in the upcoming June 7 pentecost and the church going to new Jerusalem, and the taking of Jerusalem in 1967 on about the same day during the six day war?

It looks like there is.

NOT MUCH TIME LEFT. I DID QUICK RESEARCH ON THE DATE OF PASSOVER. I HAVE CONFIRMED IT SHOULD BE ON THE DATE OF THE FULL MOON.IN FACT,IT HAS BEEN HISTORICALLY DIFFICULT TO TELL THE DATE OF THE FIRST OF THE JEWISH MONTH SINCE IT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO SEE WHEN THE NEW MOON FIRST APPEARS. FOR EXAMPLE EVEN TO THIS DAY THE DAY OF ROSH HASHANNA IS KEPT ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS SINCE IT IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE NEW MOON IN TISHRI AND IT IS UNCLEAR WHEN THE NEW MOON FIRST APPEARS. HOWEVER ,IT IS CLEAR AND OBVIOUS WHEN THE FULL MOON APPEARS--AT PASSOVER. GOD DID NOT LEAVE THIS TO CHANCE OF ERROR AS TO WHETHER OR NOT SOMEONE "THOUGHT" NISAN 1 STARTED OR NOT. PLEASE ALSO NOTICE THAT THE MOON IS A PICTURE OF THE BELIEVER ACCORDING TO COLOSSIANS 2:16-17. IT ALSO PICTURES "THINGS TO COME". WHEN THE MOON IS FULL IT REFLECTS THE SUN--AS IN "SUN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS"--TO ITS FULL MEASURE. THIS HAPPENS ON PASSOVER. IT ALSO HAPPENS APPROXIMATELY EVERY 30 DAYS.NOTE CAREFULLY THAT SINCE THE FULL MOON ALWAYS APPEARS ON PASSOVER,THEN FOR IT TO APPEAR FULL ON PENTECOST, THERE WOULD HAVE TO BE 60 DAYS TAKE PLACE. WE KNOW PENTECOST IS ALWAYS 50 DAYS FROM THE WAVING OF THE FIRSTFRUITS DURING UNLEAVENED BREAD. IN ORDER TO GET CLOSE TO 60 DAYS ONLY THIS YEARS COMBINATION OF DAYS WHERE PASSOVER IS ON SATURDAY ADDS 8 MORE DAYS TO THE 50 RESULTING IN A FULL MOON--OR VERY,VERY CLOSE TO A FULL MOON ON PENTECOST!!! WHEN THE CHURCH REFLECTS THE FULL GLORY OF THE SUN--JESUS--IT WILL BE TAKEN.

PEOPLE GET READY-JESUS IS COMING- SOON WE WILL BE GOING HOME.

PEOPLE GET READY-JESUS IS COMING- TO TAKE FROM THIS EARTH HIS OWN. AMEN. EVEN SO COME LORD JESUS.

THE RAPTURE WAS A MYSTERY
People who allude to the rapture of the church of our Lord's body and cite Old Testament Scripture for it's basis are not rightly dividing God's word.

The church of Chist's body was a mystery. That both Jew and Gentile would be fellow heirs and of the same body was not revealed until God gave the revelation to the apostle Paul.

Citing gospel accounts and trying to make them fit as "the rapture" (gathering together ) is vanity- simply because they are NOT rightly dividing the word of truth.

If the church of his body was a mystery - then WITHOUT A DOUBT the gathering together of that one body had to be a mystery as well.

Mixing the gathering together of the BODY, with the coming of Christ for his bride ( which takes place after the revealing of the antichrist and the 7 seals) is where the error abounds. By the word of God, I write this email with great confidence and boldness in God's word and it's inerrant accuracy, June 7th will be just another day in the life as the rest of them. The return of Christ for his church is imminent. If per chance it happens before tomorrow, praise God.

I would believe that all the calculations based on all the "evidence" is still absolutely wrong and without merit. How can one be praised for WRONGLY dividing the word of God ?? Only in a world of darkness as we live in today could you get away with such error.

However, I know you are a sister in Christ. I encourage you to study the word of God in relation to it's CONTEXT as to WHOM it is written to. You have confused scripture written to and for Israel with scripture written to and for the church of the one body. It's all vanity. The days will continue......

Be blessed... but don't be discouraged. Tomorrow will be another day to praise and give glory to God, but it won't be the day we are taken to be with our Lord.

My reply

Time will soon tell.

I should inform you that I am an aspiring writer, the Lord has instructed me to do a study on Revelation, chapters 1,2,3. His message to the churches. This study has turned out to be exhaustive in it's scope. With each verse I literally uncover pages and pages of hidden manna I never knew existed. I have been so blessed.

Now while studying, I have noticed that I have spent an inordinate amount of time on the message to the first chuch, Ephesus. In fact, I can't seem to get past this church. Jesus really seems to love this church, their works, labor, testing of false teachers, and of course, His warning to them to repent and to return to their first love. Again while studying, I came across this verse.

But I will tarry in Ephesus until Pentecost, for a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries. 1Cor16:8-9.

After thinking about this verse, I realised that I've definitely tarried in Ephesus, and now Pentecost is but a few precious days away. So what is this door that is opened, and who are the adversaries?

I turned to Paul's letter to the Ephesians to see if the Lord would enlighten me, I did not go away disappointed.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth- in Him. Eph.1:7-10.

Do you begin to see what I see? A gathering found at a period of time called, "the fullness of the times." Follow with me as we see who are gathered.

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory. Eph.1:13-14.

Redemption, redemption, redemption, isn't God good?! We find then, that this redemption takes place during a specific time and against many adversaries.

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Eph.5:15-17.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Eph.6:13.

Obviously this time of redemption comes during a time of great evil, yet we are told to redeem the time, to be wise and understand.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Eph.6:12.

Looks like we found our adversaries.

Now I am not saying that the Lord is coming to rapture His bride on June 7th, though I believe I am prepared, and I most assuredly welcome it, and if the Lord does come, Halelujah! So many many things do point to a Pentecost rapture, if not now , then a future one. But if the Lord decides to tarry, than I will continue to do the work He has called me to do. Either way, I know I am loved by God and am heaven bound!

For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. 1Cor.13:12. Your brother in Christ

my dream ("T. HARRIS" , Thu 10:45 PM)
To: "Marilyn J Agee"

Dear John & Doves,

I have a dream that I would like to share with you that heretofore I have only done so with only one other. The reason for this is that it did not coincide with the date of May 31 which seemed to have so much evidence to support it. I do not ordinarily have prophetic type dreams. Shortly after the first of this year, and digging through as much information regarding the rapture, I went to bed and was praying to God to give me a dream about the rapture. This is the dream I had that night.

>>>There was a large boat (ARK?) at a dock and many people were getting on. I was in what I think they call the pilot room/house, anyway it is where the controls are for the boat. I was just an observer not part of the crew. The boat slowly pulled away from the dock and began to pick up speed. Suddenlly some one came running in saying that the boat was taking on water. There was panic amongst the crew members. No one seemed to know what to do. One of the crew members went to where the throttle controls were and tried to pull back on them, (I believe to slow the boat down so they could go and check the extent of damage or what the problem was) but the levers that controlled the throttle would not move backwards. Every time they tried this I heard a grinding noise as if some one was trying to shift gears on a car without pushing in the clutch. Then, a man who was obviously the captain (CHRIST?) stepped forward very calmly to the throttle controls and "floored" it. The boat shot foward with great speed. The next thing I remember was standing a short ways off seeing the boat beached. What amazed me was it was not just sitting at the waters edge as you might expect, but the entire boat was out of the water ( 50-100 feet from the waters edge and about 30 feet up a bank). The thought I was given when I saw this was...HIGH AND DRY. I am not sure whether it was this same night or the next that I asked God when this would happen. The answer came without reservation of any kind. I almost cannot explain the matter-of-fact type answer it was. JUNE 6! I live in California so it looks like it might fit with some of what the others here are thinking.

PS. Another thought just came to me. If you recall as the boat was barely pulling away from the dock, word came to the bridge that the boat (ark?) was taking on water and that they tried to stop the boat to see what was the matter. Was this a DELAY? Up until now I had wondered what the significance of that was, see ya soon.

IN CHRIST, BROTHER TOM

I just wanted to tell you that I am not in any way discouraged with what did not happen last Sunday. I've been visiting your web page and I think the seven day waiting period does tie up with the parallelism with Noah. I was a little disappointed because I was really excited to see the Lord. I've even written letters to my loved ones explaining what will happen to them. June 7 is actually a better day for me because it is my birthday. I cannot think of a better birthday gift from the Lord than to be with Him that day. I have also received your three books, and I am starting to read Revelations 2000, I hope to finish it before Rapture happens.

I hope to see you soon. Take care and God bless!

My reply

KJV sounds like there was a 7-day wait. NIV sounds like there was not.
