Incoming e-mail, Re: The Three 17th Days of Noah as The Three Days of the Son of Man
...ever since I realized that Noah died in the 2006th year of creation, I keep looking deeper into Genesis. God shut the door of the ark on the 2nd month, 17th day. The ark rested on Ararat on the 7th month, 17th day. The dove returned to the window of the ark, with the olive leaf, on the 11th month, 17th day.
The Red Sea Crossing was on the 1st month, 17th day. Jesus came out of the grave on the 1st month, 17th day. The 7th month, 17th day on the Sacred Calendar is the 1st month, 17th day on the Civil Calendar....
The third one in Noah's day, had to be calculated (Genesis 8). It is hidden, unless you add the days on the Jewish calendar. And, Tammuz always has 29 days, so "at the end of 40 days," after the tops of the trees were seen, on the 10th month, 1st day, is the 9th/10th day of Av, the following month(anniversary of both temples destruction). This is the day that Noah opened the window of the ark, and released the dove and the raven. But the dove returned, because she found "no rest for the sole of her foot." Genesis 8:9 Then, seven days later, the 17th, the dove was sent out again, returning with the olive leaf. Genesis 8:10
...I realized that it should be the second !7th day that probably types the Rapture, as the three days of the Son of Man. The Three Days of the Son of Man are His Glory, when He takes believers to Heaven with Him, as: First Day is a type in the Resurrection of Christ: Risen from the dead, He ascended from the tomb and I believe that He took the resurrected saints that came out of the grave, with Him. I doubt that he put them back in the graves.(already happened)
Second Day is a type in the Rapture of the Church: This is when the dead in Christ rise, first, and then, we which are alive and remain, are caught to heaven with them to Jesus, just as the 7-year Tribulation begins. (soon to happen)
Third Day is a type of the Second Coming of Christ: This is Jesus' Return, at the end of the 7-Year Tribulation, when the Tribulation Saints (believers not ready at the Rapture) and those who believe during The Tribulation (many of which will be killed during that time), will be caught up to Jesus, with the raptured saints.(to happen at end of Tribulation)
Seventeen represents Complete Victory in Christ. Seven is the number of Resurrection and Spiritual Completeness, Fathers Perfection. Now, is it not interesting to read Genesis 7:7, 7:17, 7:23, and what happens in 8:4? Genesis 7:7 And Noah and his sons and his wife and his sons' wives entered the ark to escape the waters of the flood. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Luke 21:36
Now, look at what Genesis 7:17 says! "For forty days the flood kept coming on the earth, and as the waters increased they lifted the ark high above the earth." Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark, Gen 7:23, and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month, the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat. Genesis 8:4 And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. Exodus 33:14
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28, Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it. For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works. And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. Hebrews 4:1-11 For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day? Hebrews 4:8
Occurrences on the 10th seem to precede the 17th as a warning or sign. God told Noah, on the 10th, that "in yet 7 days, I will cause it to rain upon the earth for 40 days and 40 nights." And in the selfsame day, the 17th, God shut the door, and it began to rain, for the first time, since creation.
On the 10th day of the 11th month, 40 days after the tops of the trees were seen, the window of the ark was opened and the dove made a "test run." Then 7 days later, she returned with a freshly pluckt olive leaf. On the 17th.
Joshua led the Israelites across the Jordan River, on the 10th day of the first month, when the soles of the priest's feet touched the water. Joshua led the Israelites across the Jordan River, baring the ark of the covenant, on the 10th day of the 1st month. When the soles of the priest's feet touched the water, the river heaped up on both sides, and the people went over....
Could the ark represent our "coffin," buried with Christ in baptism? That is one of the definitions of ark. Could the window opening represent grave openings, as at the resurrection? A 7-day warning? Before we "fly as doves to their windows? On the 17th day of the month? Since the dead in Christ rise first, could the graves open? And, 7 days later, we fly with the resurrected saints and Christ in the Rapture? (For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Romans 6:5)
Who are these that fly as clouds, as doves to their windows? Isaiah 60:8 Is it the Gentiles and the Church? All of Isaiah 60 sounds like our current events in Israel. At the Resurrection, the graves opened "after" Jesus came out of the grave. At the Rapture, the scripture says that "the dead in Christ" shall rise first, and then we will be caught up together with them. This could be one of the "first shall be last, and the last shall be first" scripture applications....
Read carefully exactly what happened at the Crucifixion, when Jesus died, and after the Resurrection of our Savior. And it was about the sixth hour(noon), and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour (3 pm). Luke 23:44 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. Matthew 27:52-54 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord (Holy Spirit) descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it....
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light; Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. 2 Peter 2: 9-12...
And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it (they wanted to see the King coming in his glory, in their lifetime). And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day (It will be as visible and clear as lightening, we will know. The whole earth will see it.). But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all (This was worldwide, only righteous Noah and his family were saved. Rapture type-after 40 days and nights of rain, the ark was lifted above the earth)....
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming(Rapture), and now is (Resurrection), when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. John 5:20-29
Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. Acts 10:40-43 Praise God! Praise God!
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. 2 Timothy 1-2
These scripture excerpts are from, "We Will Know, When the Graves Open."
Look at the construction of Solomon's temple: And there were windows in three rows, and light was against light in three ranks. And all the doors and posts were square, with the windows: and light was against light in three ranks……And the great court round about was with three rows of hewed stones, and a row of cedar beams, both for the inner court of the house of the LORD, and for the porch of the house. 1 Kings 7:4-5, 12
Thou knowest how that David my father could not build an house unto the name of the LORD his God for the wars which were about him on every side, until the LORD put them under the soles of his feet. 1 Kings 5:3 (The Lord will put His enemies under the soles his feet again, and build His house.)
Isaiah 60:14 The sons also of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee; The city of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
More interesting "soles of the feet" scriptures: And among these nations shalt thou find no ease, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest: but the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart, and failing of eyes, and sorrow of mind: And thy life shall hang in doubt before thee; and thou shalt fear day and night, and shalt have none assurance of thy life: In the morning thou shalt say, Would God it were even! and at even thou shalt say, Would God it were morning! for the fear of thine heart wherewith thou shalt fear, and for the sight of thine eyes which thou shalt see. De 28:65-67
And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap. Joshua 3:13
And it came to pass, when the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD were come up out of the midst of Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up unto the dry land, that the waters of Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed over all his banks, as they did before. Joshua 4:18
And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever. Ezekiel 43:7...
And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. Malachi 4:3 (Could this be the 2nd day of the Lord-Rapture? It sure sounds like today's events in Lebanon. Or could it be referring to the 3rd day of the Lord, the Second Coming?)
Remember the three measures of meal, until the whole was leaven? Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. Matthew 13:33
Three measures of fine meal were quickly prepared for the three visitors to Abraham. Genesis 18:6 Who were these three visitors. It says Men. Was it God, Jesus the Son of God, and Jesus the son of man? Or God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit? We know that one of them was the Lord. Jesus is the Holy Spirit. They all three ate food. Jesus ate food after the Resurrection, in His glorified body.
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I (Jesus) will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. John 14:16-19
Here are more about the threes. I love the three rows of windows, light against light!(above). Remember we are not children of darkness. For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light. Ephesians 5:8 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1 Thessalonians 5:5
Noah had three sons, and there were three stories(levels) in the ark. Genesis 6:10, 16.
There were three chambers in Solomons Temple of the Lord.
And he built the inner court with three rows of hewed stone, and a row of cedar beams.
Solomon's Temple was started in the 2nd month and finished in the 8th month. In the fourth year was the foundation of the house of the LORD laid (Jesus is our rock), in the month Zif: which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD. (We are the temple of God. And Jesus ascended in the 2nd month, to go and prepare a place fpr us, in heaven.) And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it. 1 Ki 6:8,36-38
All three parts? Ascension, Rapture, 2nd Coming? God opened the door of the ark, in the 2nd month, as the days of Noah were, then. Could this scripture be a shadow?
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16
Was Jesus and the Resurrection Saints the first part? Could we be the second part, or rank, to be added to the house, at the Rapture? Then the 7-year tribulation starts? And the third part is the "measure" that believe, during the 7 year Tribulation, and go up at the 2nd Coming?
And since all the Rapture types that I could find, in the bible, happened in the Spring Harvest time, I assumed that we would be taken up in the Spring. However, Paul was the leader of the Gentile Church, and look what he says, and look at the "fall harvest" type in Isaiah. Then look at Amos' basket of summer fruit(end of summer, fall).
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas (1), then of the twelve(2): After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once(3); of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James(natural brother); then of all the apostles(spiritual brothers). And last of all he was seen of me also(gentile and church age believers), as of one born out of due time. (Out of season?) 2 Sets of three groups, natural and spiritual. 1 Corinthians 15:3-8
Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. Matthew 13:33
And on the eighth day he shall take two he lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish, and three tenth deals (3 measures-3 days)of fine flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and one log of oil (smallest liquid measure, a twelfth part of a Hin, equal to the contents of 6 eggs). Leviticus 14:10
And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals(2 measures- resurrection and rapture) of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin. Leviticus 23:13
Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate, And the LORD have removed men far away, and there be a great forsaking in the midst of the land. But yet in it shall be a tenth(could this be the 2nd tenth deal(measure),that many of the remnant 3rd measure see and believe, the Rapture?), and it shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance is in them, when they cast their leaves (fall): so the holy seed shall be the substance thereof. (Jesus) Isaiah 6:10-13...
On His First Day, He showed Himself to the disciples, the risen saints appeared to many. Many others saw the risen saints, but did not see Jesus, according to Acts 10:40-43, above. At the Resurrection, Jesus appeared only to his apostles, disciples, and followers.
On His Second Day, will He catch us up together, with the dead in Christ, after they witness to many? And many believe, and are caught up with us? Will the lukewarm church, the foolish virgins, be left with the unbelievers for the Third Day? Because they did not know the time of their visitation, as the Sadducees and Pharisees did not? Because they were more concerned with tradition and comfort, rather the true gospel? So the last shall be first, and the first shall be last: for many are called but few chosen. Matthew 20:16
On His Third Day, He will catch up the dead in Christ, the believers, and the believing remnant of the chosen people, who survive the Tribulation. Then, He will Judge the quick and the dead unbelievers, and we will all see it together, at the Second Coming.
So, could we have two Spring Days? And one as out of due time, in the fall? Could the Resurrection and the Second Coming be in His Season, but the Rapture in the Fall? The last of the fig harvest is late summer and fall. Olive harvest is October and November, fall....
The LORD shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon. One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad. Then said the LORD unto me, What seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil. Jeremiah 24:1-3
Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit. And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit (end of summer). Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more. And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord GOD: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence. Amos 8:1-3
Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured. Proverbs 27:18
Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree (fall harvest), hath not brought forth: from this day will I bless you. Haggai 2:19...
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: Matthew 24:32
And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD. Amos 3:15
I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: Hosea 9:10...
It is he that buildeth his stories (3 levels) in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name. Amos 9:6...
The 7th month, 17th day on the Sacred Calendar is the 1st month, 17th day on the Civil Calendar.
I think the dove returned on Av 19, and Jesus was resurrected on the 16th, but the other 17s are very interesting. Gen 7:11 says, "In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month (Cheshvan 17), the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN WERE OPENED."
It could have just said that it began to rain, but it said that "the windows of HEAVEN were opened." Is that a hint that the Rapture could take place on Cheshvan 17? There is a good chance.
In Mt. 24:37-40, Jesus said, "But as the days of Noe were (i.e., at the Flood when Noah was 600, or when he died in 2006 AH), so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Then shall two be in the field (i.e., the field is the world); the one shall be taken, and the other left."
Noah was 600 at the Flood, and we are in a year that ends in 006. The days of Noah's life were 600 before the Flood and 350 after the Flood, ending in 2006 AH. That sure seems to be pointing to 2006 AD, and someone figured out that there are 40 360-day years from June 7, 1967, when the Temple area was taken by Israel, to Cheshvan 17 (Nov. 8, 2006).
Gen 8:4 says, "And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month (Tishri 17), upon the mountains of Ararat. The word Ararat means holy ground. That fits Heaven. Think about Eph. 9:6. It says, "And hath raised us up together and made us sit together in HEAVENLY PLACES in Christ Jesus."
> > And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. Malachi 4:3 (Could this be the 2nd day of the Lord-Rapture?
Yes. The Day of the Lord is both the Day of God's Wrath and the day of the 2nd Rapture. The Second Advent will still be 7 months in the future though (Eze 39:12,13.
> > Who were these three visitors.
It was the Son of God, the Yahweh of hosts, the king of Israel (Isa 44:6), and two angels. Gen. 18:20-22 says,"And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD."
> > Solomon's Temple was started in the 2nd month and finished in the 8th month. In the fourth year was the foundation of the house of the LORD laid (Jesus is our rock), in the month Zif: which is the second month, that he began to build the house of the LORD. (We are the temple of God. And Jesus ascended in the 2nd month, to go and prepare a place for us, in heaven.) So was he seven years in building it. 1 Kings 6:8,36-38
This could be very important. As you know, we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and the month Bul is another name for Cheshvan. If the Church (Bride of Christ) is completed in Cheshvan, the 17th (Nov. 8) seems likely. A variety of fig tree is laden with fruit in Cheshvan. Also, Cheshvan 17 would be as in the days of Noah. Water is a symbol of the Spirit of God. If Christ came down on that day, it would be as the deluge in Noah's day.
> > Could the Resurrection and the Second Coming be in His Season, but the Rapture in the Fall? The last of the fig harvest is late summer and fall. Olive harvest is October and November, fall.
It could be. Song of Solomon 2:10f suggests spring, so it is hard to be sure. World events make the Rapture seem very close. If it happens sometime between now and the time of firstripe grapes, it will still be before the 40 years since the Six-Day War are up (5728 + 40 = 5768, which starts Sept. 13, 2007). However, someone said that counting 40 360-day years (14,400 days) from June 7, 1967, when Israel took the Temple Mount, is Nov. 8, 2006. I hope Nov. 8 will be the Rapture.
> > It is he that buildeth his stories (3 levels) in the heaven
That reminds me of the 3 heavens, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. In II Cor. 12:2, Paul was CAUGHT UP (harpazo, as in I Thess. 4:13-18) to the third heaven.
