Hi, Just read a little of your on-line page. Actually there is only one rapture. The rapture of the saints pre-trib. Jesus never touches the ground at the rapture. We meet him in the air. The second coming is different but not a rapture. After the tribulation Jesus returns to earth with us saints on horses. He will set up his kingdom for 1000 years. The tribulation saints will either be killed during the tribulation by beheading or live through it in hiding. In that case they will be here when Jesus (and us) return. They will live in peace here on earth because Satan will be tied. During that time if they die they will be saved for not taking the mark and having (finally) excepted Jesus (just not soon enough to have made the rapture). At the end of the 1000 years Satan will be released and the people who have been born will then have to reject or receive Jesus. Without Satan being untied, there would be no resistance for people to make a decision. I am not a bible lawyer. I just have been saved and have been studying end time prophesy for about 22 years. Anyway, I'm not arguing just giving my impression. Thanks.

My reply

I love your attitude, "not arguing just giving my impression." That is the correct way for us all to interact in trying to figure out just what the Lord is telling us in the Bible.

I don't want to argue, either, just put out there for consideration why I think there are two Raptures. You can agree or disagree. I agree with you on the Pre-Trib Rapture and the Second Advent not being a Rapture. That some will be killed during the Tribulation, we know from Rev. 6:9. That all are not killed, we know from Rev. 12:14. From Rev. 12:17, we know that Satan tries to kill all the remnant of Israel "which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ."

Like you, I think some will live through this, and I don't think they will have to be on the receiving end of God's Wrath. In Rev. 14: 3,4, we see the 144,000 "which were redeemed from the earth. These are they which were not defiled with women; for THEY ARE VIRGINS." Where have we heard that term before? in the parable of the 10 virgins. If they had been wise virgins, they would have been caught up to Heaven in the Pre-Trib Rapture. These must have been foolish virgins at that time, but during the Tribulation they washed their robes in the blood of Christ and are now wise.

None that call on the name of the Lord will go through God's Wrath. So, when do the 144,000 get out of here? In Rev. 7, we find, "AND after these things" (after "the great day of his wrath is come," Rev. 6:17, but only after the sixth seal has been broken, 6:12), we see that the wrath is held back until the 144,000 are sealed. Then, "After this...a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes." Who are they? "These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God...They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more." While they were on Earth, they were hungry and thirsty. Now they are suddenly in Heaven and are neither hungry nor thirsty any more. And "God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."

They were crying on Earth because of what took place when the sixth seal was broken. Lo, "there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And...(men) hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb" (Rev. 6:12f). They are caught up as in the days of Lot, where fire fell that same day.

The first Rapture is as the days of Noah. No fire falls that day. The second Rapture is as the days of Lot. Fire and brimstone fall that same day and destroy the cities.

In Rev. 14:14f, we see two reapings on the same day. I think the first is the Pre-Wrath Rapture and the second are those cast into the "winepress of the wrath of God." In the Pre-Wrath reaping, Jesus is seen on a white cloud. This is Coronation Day (the Feast of Trumpets) and he has "on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle." He is told that "the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe...and the earth was reaped." To me, this is Rapture II. It takes place between the breaking of the sixth and seventh seals. Then He will dry their tears.

After the wrath of God is poured out, there will be few men left. "And seven months (it is a Jewish leap year) shall the house of Israel be burying of them, that they may cleanse the land. Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a renown the day (Nisan 1, first day of the Jewish Regnal Year) that I shall be glorified (the Second Advent), saith the Lord GOD" (Ezek. 39:12).

Jesus does not return on the day of "the trumpet" and "thick darkness" (Joel 2:1,2). On the following Nisan 1, "the LORD my God shall come, and ALL THE SAINTS with thee. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, NOR DARK" (Zech 14:5,6).

As the seventh angel sounds his trumpet, voices in Heaven say, "The kingdoms of this world are become the kindoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders...worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and THY WRATH IS COME, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest GIVE REWARD (at the Judgment Seat of Christ) unto thy servants the prophets, AND TO THE SAINTS, and them that fear thy name, small and great (Tribulation saints included); AND shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth" (Rev. 11:15f).

MARILYN--AFTER JUNE 28TH I FELT ON MONDAY AS IF I WAS WALKING ON THE ROAD TO EMMAUS. I HAD NOTHING LEFT TO BASE ANY EXPECTATION OF THE RAPTURE ON THIS SEASON. THE ONLY INFOR. I REMEMBERED WAS YOU NOTING THAT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF THE WHEAT WERE HARVESTED IN TAMMUZ--LEAVING OPEN THE POSSIBILITY OF A EARLY JULY RAPTURE.HOWEVER, AS MONDAY PROGRESSED I STARTED TO ONCE AGAIN SEE MORE CLEARLY THE PIECES OF THE PICTURE START TO DEVELOP. IT SEEMS AS IF GOD HAS HONORED OUR ATTEMPTS TO WATCH AS BEST AS WE CAN. EACH WEEK WE "CIRCLED JERICHO" HAS BEEN REWARDED WITH CLEARER UNDERSTANDING.PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING MAJOR FACTORS THAT CAME TO ME YESTERDAY --WHEN ALL HOPE SEEMED GONE.

1) IN READING COMMENTS ON THE PRO AND CON I NOTICED A DISCUSSION OF THE "LAST TRUMP" AS USED IN I. COR. 15:51,52. I SAW HOW THE JEWISH TRADITION CLAIMED THIS WAS ANOTHER NAME FOR THE DAY OF ROSH HOSHANAH--THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS. OTHERS POINTED OUT THAT THEY FELT THIS WAS TALKING ABOUT THE 2ND RAPTURE WHEN '''ALL " SHALL BE CHANGED. FOR SOME REASON THIS EXPLANATION DID NOT SEEM CORRECT. PAUL SAYS "WE"-INCLUDING HIMSELF- SHALL BE CHANGED--ALMOST IDENTICAL WORDING TO I.THES.CH. 4 WHERE HE SAYS "WE" WHO REMAIN SHALL BE CAUGHT UP,ETC. BOTH PASSAGES SEEM TO TO BE TALKING ABOUT THE EXACT SAME THING--THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD AND THE CATCHING UP OF THOSE STILL ALIVE. IN BOTH PASSAGES PAUL INCLUDES HIMSELF. I DON'T BELIEVE HE EXPECTED TO BE IN THE 2ND RAPTURE. NO, THESE VERSES ARE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME EVENT. SO, WHAT ABOUT THE TIMING OF THE "LAST TRUMP" MENTIONED IN I. COR. 15??

IN STUDYING EXODUS 19 AND JOSHUA CH. 6 I BEGAN TO SEE SOMETHING ABOUT THE FIRST AND LAST TRUMPS. IN EX. 19:13 THE HEBREW WORD FOR TRUMPET IS "YOBEL"--"WHEN THE TRUMPET SOUNDS LONG..." THIS WAS AT PENTECOST WHEN THE LAW WAS GIVEN. NOTICE IT IS "TRUMPET"...SINGULAR. THIS HEBREW WORD IS ONLY USED HERE IN EX. 19 AND ALSO IN JOSHUA CH. 6 RE THE BATTLE OF JERICHO. IT IS ALSO USED IN LEV. CH. 25 WHEN TRANSLATED AS "JUBILE"....AS IN THE YEAR OF JUBILE. I THOUGHT COULD THIS BE THE EXPLANATION OF THE "FIRST" AND THE "LAST" TRUMP? EVEN THE JEWISH TRADITION SAYS THE FIRST TRUMP WAS BLOWN AT THE GIVING OF THE LAW AT PENTECOST.THEY THEN ASSUME THE "LAST TRUMP" WOULD BE AT THE NEXT FEAST IN THE YEAR WHICH IS THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS. BUT, NOTICE ROSH HOSHANAH IS CALLED THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS...PLURAL..NOT THE FEAST OF THE LAST TRUMP!

IF WE FOLLOW THE OLD TEST. EXAMPLES I BELIEVE WE WILL COME TO THE CORRECT CONCLUSION. IN THE O.T. THE FIRST TRUMP WAS SOUNDED AT THE GIVING OF THE LAW AT PENTECOST. THE LAST TRUMP WAS SOUNDED AT THE BATTLE OF JERICHO. IN READING THE PASSAGE IN JOSHUS 6 IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS EVENT REPRESENTS THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH. TRUMPETS ARE SOUNDING..A FINAL TRUMPET IS SOUNDED...THE SHOUT OF THE PEOPLE..AND EVERY PERSON "ASCENDING" TO TAKE THE CITY. IN THE NEW TESTAMENT THE PARALLEL IS :A) THE FIRST TRUMPET IS ALSO SOUNDED AT PENTECOST IN 30 A.D. AND B) THE LAST TRUMP IS SOUNDED AT THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH. ALSO THE TIMING OF THE BATTLE OF JERICHO IS INTERESTING. THEY CAMPED AT GILGAL AND KEPT THE PASSOVER AND CIRCUMCISED THE MALES. THEY THEN RESTED UNTIL THE HEALING PROCESS WAS COMPLETED. THIS PUTS THE TIME OF THE BATTLE OF JERICHO IN THE LATE SPRING OR EARLY SUMMER---REPRESENTING A SPRING/EARLY SUMMER RAPTURE.

OTHER PIECES OF THE PUZZLE THEN STARTED TO "FALL" IN PLACE. NOTICE THAT AFTER ARRIVING AT JERICHO THAT THE PRIESTS WERE TO CIRCLE THE CITY FOR 7 DAYS. ON THE 7TH DAY THEY CIRCLED THE CITY 7 TIMES- 7 PRIESTS BLOWING 7 TRUMPETS---7X7=49. THEN, AFTER THAT, IT SAYS ONE FINAL BLAST OF THE RAM'S HORN BEFORE THE SHOUT AND THE WALLS FELL --SEE JOSH. 6:5 THAT MAKES A TOTAL OF 50 . NO WONDER THEY ARE BLOWING JUBILE TRUMPETS!. NOTICE CLEARLY THOUGH...AFTER ARRIVING AT JERICHO THEY HAD TO CIRCLE THE CITY FOR 7 DAYS! REMEMBER THE "WORD" WHICH STATED "MY DAYS SHALL BE AS YOUR DAYS"? WE HAVE 7 DAYS IN OUR WEEK. GOD HAS ONE--THE LORD'S DAY. HE IS SAYING MY DAYS SHALL BE AS YOUR DAYS---7.

AFTER CHECKING NUMEROUS JEWISH SOURCES IT IS NOW AT LONG LAST CLEAR THAT THE 14TH OF NISAN WAS ON APRIL 10TH. THIS PUTS FIRSTFRUITS ON APRIL 12TH AND PENTECOST ON MAY 31ST. WE "ARRIVED" AT OUR "JERICHO" ON SUN. MAY 31ST. WE HAVE HAD TO CIRCLE 5 TIMES ALREADY---MAY 31ST, JUNE 7TH, JUNE 14TH, JUNE 21ST, AND JUNE 28TH.WE HAVE 2 MORE CIRCUITS TO GO! WHY ARE WE HAVING TO DO THIS?? IN TITUS 2:13,14 WHEN TALKING ABOUT THE BLESSED HOPE, IT SAYS THAT "HE MIGHT PURIFY UNTO HIMSELF A PECULIAR PEOPLE." IT IS A PURIFICATION PROCESS! OTHER EXAMPLES INCLUDE NAAMAN IN II KINGS CH. 5. HE HAD TO WASH -DIP- 7 TIMES IN THE JORDAN BEFORE BEING CLEANSED. WHAT IF HE HAD STOPPED AFTER 5 OR 6?? LOOK AT I JOHN 3:2-3. "...FOR WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE IS ..AND EVERY MAN THAT HAS THIS HOPE--(AS IN BLESSED HOPE)--IN HIM PURIFIES HIMSELF, EVEN AS HE IS PURE." THE CIRCLING OF JERICHO WAS NOT A MILITARY EXERCISE --IT WAS A "PURIFICATION" EXERCISE. THE PRIESTS WERE THE CARRIERS OF THE "WEAPONS OF WAR"--THE JUBILE TRUMPETS.

NOW NOTICE THIS. IN MARK CH. 14 JESUS GOES TO THE GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE. READ THIS PASSAGE VERY CAREFULLY.HE LEAVES THE DISCIPLES TO GO AND PRAY..TELLING THEM TO "WATCH". HE COMES BACK THE FIRST TIME AND REBUKES THEM AND ASKS "COULD YOU NOT WATCH ONE HOUR?".HE WAS THEREFORE GONE THE FIRST "TIME" ONE HOUR. THEN HE LEAVES AND PRAYS THE 2ND "TIME"--COMING BACK AND AGAIN FINDING THE DISCIPLES NOT WATCHING. HE THEN LEAVES THE THIRD TIME..PRAYS..AND MARK14:34" AND HE COMETH THE THIRD TIME, AND SAYS UNTO THEM,SLEEP ON AND TAKE YOUR REST...IT IS ENOUGH..THE HOUR IS COME..." NOTICE THAT IT SAYS HE CAME THE "THIRD TIME". THE "TIME" HAS ALREADY BEEN ESTABLISHED BEING ONE HOUR SEE VS.37. JESUS WAS THEREFORE GONE THREE TIMES--EACH ONE HOUR---FOR A TOTAL OF THREE HOURS. HE THEN COMES THE THIRD TIME AND TELLS THEM THERE IS NO NEED TO WATCH ANY LONGER. WHY? BECAUSE "THE HOUR " HAS COME.WHAT "HOUR"? THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION. IT WAS THEN TOO LATE TO WATCH! THAT IS WHY HE TELLS THEM TO GO AHEAD AND "TAKE YOUR REST"!

AS I PREVIOUSLY POINTED OUT IF A JEWISH PROPHETIC YEAR IS 360 DAYS LONG, THEN ONE HOUR WOULD BE 15 DAYS: 360/24 =15 EXACTLY. WE " WENT " TO THE GARDEN,SO TO SPEAK, ON MAY 31ST. WE EXPECTED TO SEE JESUS. WE DID NOT. WE RECEIVED A "WORD" ON JUNE 12TH TO "GO AGAIN THE THIRD TIME ...AND ENTER THE REST..." (THIS WORD WAS NOT RELEASED UNTIL JUNE 15TH BUT WAS RECEIVED ON JUNE 12TH.) WE WENT AGAIN THE FIRST TIME (ONE HOUR OF WAITING=15 DAYS) ON JUNE 14TH WHICH IS EXACTLY 15 DAYS COUNTING INCLUSIVELY FROM MAY 31ST. WE WENT AGAIN THE SECOND TIME ON JUNE 28TH--AGAIN 15 DAYS AFTER JUNE 14TH. THE THIRD TIME WE ARE TO GO IS 15 DAYS LATER---ONE MORE "HOUR"-- ON JULY 12TH. WE WILL THEN ENTER THE REST! THAT IS ,THOSE WHO REMAIN WATCHING. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE THIRD HOUR --THE THIRD TIME-- OF WATCHING? THE ANSWER IS THE "HOUR OF TEMPTATION". THIS IS THE SAME HOUR THAT JESUS PROMISES TO "KEEP" US FROM IN REVELATION 3: 10."BECAUSE YOU HAVE KEPT THE WORD OF MY PATIENCE, I ALSO WILL KEEP YOU FROM THE HOUR OF TEMPTATION..." WE MUST MAINTAIN THE WATCH. I WILL HAVE MORE TO SAY ON THE DAY OF SUNDAY JULY 12 WHICH IS A VERY SPECIAL DAY. IT IS CALLED THE FAST OF TAMMUZ. IT IS REFERRED TO IN ZECH. 8:19 AS BEING (INSTEAD OF DAY OF MOURNING) AS BEING A DAY OF "JOY AND GLADNESS AND A CHEERFUL FEAST". I WONDER WHY?? DANIEL 12:10 " MANY SHALL BE PURIFIED....AND NONE OF THE WICKED SHALL UNDERSTAND; BUT THE WISE (AS IN WISE VIRGINS) SHALL UNDERSTAND. AMEN. PUBLISH AND CONCEAL NOT.

Re: Heaven Found by First Telescope
Marilyn, Just thought I would share this with you. I finished reading your book "Heaven Found", and I really enjoyed reading it. I was so excited about your discovery that I started reading more about Astronomy and the Universe. If you don't believe in a Creator after studying the Universe, I'm not sure you ever will. Then, I decided to purchase a telescope, I finally bought a 4" Meade Refractor telescope. I bought the telescope one afternoon and rushed home to put it together, I assembled everything and set it up on the back patio to make all the fine adjustments, then I was ready to look at the stars. My problem was, I only knew where the Constellations where and not the planets, so I thought well I'll just get used to finding the Constellations and then try and find the planets later. The next problem was, my first night of looking through the telescope was so cloudy you couldn't even see the sky. My wife and I were sitting on the patio just bumming out because we couldn't look at anything. Then all of the sudden, my wife said "look there is a hole in the clouds", it was almost a perfect round hole in the clouds. Next, my wife said, "look there is a star in the hole, focus the telescope on it!", so I rushed over to the telescope and focused on the star. Here's the kicker, what star do you think we found, you guessed it. "Heaven Found". We couldn't believe it, out of all the stars in the sky, that was the only one we got to see that night, and we only saw it for about 2-3 minutes. After we saw it, we both sat down and looked at each other, not believing what just happened. My wife didn't read your book and she was quite skeptical about your conclusions, but I think after that night she and myself will always look at that Planet a little differently. All last fall we would bring the telescope out and look at that Planet. "Heaven" is the most beautiful thing in the sky to look at. It was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had, and I just wanted to share it with you.

My reply

Sorry, I couldn't get back to you sooner. How neat.

Since Jesus told the churches, "I will give him the morning star" in Rev. 2:28, it seems that the Rapture will take place while Saturn is still a morning star. According to a chart I have, it will become an evening star in the latter part of October. Do you have any better information on that?

How do you explain the Sabbath (Saturday or Sunday?). I've forwarded a copy of an email exchange between myself and another person who basically says you are not saved if you don't worship on the true sabbath, etc. I am new to all of this, but I asked the Lord to show me an answer. I felt led to Hebrews ch. 4, and Colossians 2:16. What do you think? In Christ

My reply

We are saved by belief in Christ plus nothing. Col. 2:14-16 is great. It says, "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days; Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ."

So is Gal. 3:1-3: "O FOOLISH Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you: This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? having begin in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?"

Jesus fulfilled the law. Thank the Lord that we don't have to try to be saved that way. No other was ever able to do it. The law was a schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, to show us what sin is and why we need a Saviour. It shows us that without Him, we are lost.

The commandments do show us what sin is, if we sin, we need to confess it to bring it under the blood of Christ.

"Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace" (Gal. 5:4).

"For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled on one word, even in this; Thou shalt love they neighbour as thyself...if ye be led of the Spirit, YE ARE NOT UNDER THE LAW" (Gal. 5:14,18).

I go on Saturday sometimes. I go on Sunday other times. Meant to go Saturday evening this last week, but someone came to my house. By the time they left, it was too late, so I went on Sunday. You can be flexible. Just worship. The day is not important. "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching" (Heb. 10:25).

After going over some verses in the bible I've come to think that the rapture, the first rapture, that is, was a rapture of the Holy Spirit. in otherwords the Holy Spirit is not over the earth anymore and Satan is about to form an all out attack. What do you think? Thanks!

My reply

That doesn't sound like I Thess. 4:16,17: "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."

***From Marilyn: There is spiritual warfare going on for the souls of men. Satan brings on many woes, within and without religion. He will try whatever he can to try to bring death to man before man can accept Christ. He does not care what means he uses to bring about wars.

> As for God's prophecies being infallible, well, what about His prophecy that
> the resurrection would occur in the apostles' lifetime? Two thousand years

***Jesus' resurrection was on the Feast of Firstfruits in 30 AD. The generation mentioned in Mt. 24:34 is the one that saw Israel grafted back into her old rootstock and growing. This growth took place in the Six-Day War of 1967. The preceding things in Mt. 24 did not happen in the first century. They are Tribulation events, close now, but not yet upon us. What was prophesied to fall upon that generation in 30 AD fell upon them in 70 AD. What is prophesied to fall upon this generation that saw Israel back in the land and growing is in our near future. The things that fell on that earlier generation fell upon them within 40 years. The things that are to fall on this generation of our days will fall upon them within a 40-year period of time too.

How can it be that the Bible, the supposed inerrant
> word of God, claims the earth was made in six days when we now know that it

Made is "asah," not "bara," create. We are not told how old the Earth is, but God made, refashioned, refreshed, the Earth to make it a fit habitat for Adamic man.

> or that we are all
> descendants of Adam and Eve when we know that we evolved through millions of

***There is no irrefutable proof. You are believing man, who can make mistakes, instead of believing God, who cannot make mistakes. It has been proved that man started with eight in the days of Noah. That matches the rate of increase to end up with the number of men on the Earth today. Since that is true, then what is so hard to believe about the Bible's account of Adam and Eve?

***Popes are men and hence can make mistakes. As for "basic junior high school science," no scientist can create what God created. You are without excuse, "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse" (Rom 1:20).

***The 66 books of the Bible were written by men under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. They were written during various times from Moses to the end of the first century AD, yet it is all one book, masterminded by one who knew the end from the beginning. There were about 400 years between the writing of the Old Testament and the New Testament. Daniel did not know John. Yet their prophecies tell the same story. Neither is a copy of the other. Each has details that are not in the other. When we put them together, we get a rich picture of what is coming upon this generation. Add details from other prophets, and the picture gets clearer all the time.

When the prophesied destruction comes on you, don't blame me for your troubles. I tried to warn you. A "great mountain burning with fire" (Rev. 8:8), a piece of an asteroid, will strike the Mediterranean Sea (Zeph. 2:4,5). A "great star (aster) from heaven, burning as it were a lamp" (Rev. 8:10) will destroy Babylon on the Euphrates (Rev. 18:21). There will be a worldwide earthquake (Ezek. 38:20). The globe will be turned upside down (Isa. 24:1). There will be few men left (Isa. 24:6).

> I could go on and on until I'm blue in the face, but I know I'll never

> to be loved. Is it any wonder that religion exists at all?

***Why do you think living and love are the most basic of human instincts? Because God put those instincts in man. God lives eternally, and offers you a chance to live eternally. One of his attributes is love. He loves you and wants your love.

When Adam was created, he did not have to die. He could have had eternal life if he had just obeyed God. Because of his sin, death came upon all mankind. God loved man and made a way that he could be saved. Jesus Christ took the punishment due every man because of sin, thus sin is no longer an issue in salvation. Now it is "What think ye of Christ?" (Mt. 22:42). Without him, we are lost. If we accept him, we can be saved. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18).

I hope you will accept Christ. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. The results of your decision today will last into eternity. It is a serious thing. Why not accept Christ and let him show you what is right? He will put his Spirit in you and help you understand the things of God. In His love
