Not the oldest, or largest, Catal-Huyuk is the best-preserved Neolithic site ever found. It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2012.

Most of their mud-brick dwellings were built with separate walls, but next to one another. Access was through the roofs. Windows, if any, were small and very high up, probably to keep out animals. They had no streets. They painted interesting murals, plastered their walls and floors, and wove reed mats for floors and a layer in roofs. Their brick platforms made hard beds. Auroch horns and heads were often mounted on their walls.

They made dishes of wood and pottery, tools, spearheads and mirrors of obsidian, figures of animals and females of clay, also statues of stone. They made flint daggers with bone handles, and fish hooks of bone. They used copper. The earliest woolen fabrics were found there.

They farmed a bit and domesticated some animals.

No one seems to know why Catalhoyuk was suddenly abandoned between 5700 and 5000 BC. I think it was when an asteroid dug the Moon material out of the Pacific Basin. Adam was created in 4043 BC. A catastrophe had taken place before that.

Gen 1:2 says, "And the earth was (hayah, became) without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep (tehom, abyss)."

Jude 1:6 says, "And the angels which kept not their first estate (On Rahab, now our Asteroid Belt), but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day."

Psa_8:4,5 says, "What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For THOU HAST MADE HIM A LITTLE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS, and hast crowned him with glory and honour."

Heb_2:5-8 says, "For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. 6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? 7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: 8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him."

INCOMING EMAIL, RE: Re: Thursday Crucifixion, Nisan 13, April 6, 30 AD

..."If you carefully analyze the events surrounding the Last Supper you will see that Jesus followed God's instructions for the Passover, by eating it shortly after Nisan 14 began, right after sunset, and he was crucified the same "day," the next afternoon, before the next sunset. The timing of this event also causes a lot of confusion as to when the crucifixion occurred."

So Jesus would have died at 3pm on Nisan 14.

Keep in mind that the beginning of Jewish day starts at Sunset.

See also my comment on "between the evenings":

"Also, in Jesus' day, the daylight part of the Jewish day was divided into two sections: the first part was from sunrise to noon and was considered "the morning." The second part of the day, from noon to sunset, was called the "evening." The night part of the day, which started at sunset was also called "evening," and lasted for the next 12 hours. So what we actually have is different parts of the Jewish day being called both "morning" and "evening" and the night also being called "evening." This is where the phrase "between the evenings" comes from."

Here is a very good article that explains the meaning of the Hebrew words and Jewish customs of that time:

"And since the Jewish day begins after sundown (when three stars are visible in the night sky), the traditional Passover Seder would begin just before sundown on Nisan 14 but would continue into the new day of Nisan 15, which is also the start of the seven-day festival of chag ha-matzot..., the "Feast of Unleavened Bread" (Lev. 23:6).... The date of Passover can be somewhat confusing if you look at a Jewish calendar to see it listed simply as "Nisan 15." Again we must remember that the Jewish day begins on the night before it is listed on the calendar.

As I also stated in my article, experts in Jewish calendars have stated that you cannot rely on calendars due to so many changes throughout history as to the exact date of the Crucifixion, and thus I did not use it in my research. My purpose was only to show which day of the week Christ died on, not the year....

Take care

> > So Jesus would have died at 3pm on Nisan 14.

I think he died at 3 PM on Nisan 13.

Nisan 14 was the Feast of Passover. Jesus died near 3 PM on Nisan 13, "the Preparation of the Passover".

Why 3 PM? That is when the priests at the Temple began to kill the Passover lambs. It was between the evenings. From noon to 3 PM was the first evening, when the Sun started to go down. From 3 PM to 6 PM was the second evening.

Lev 23:4-7 says, "These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons. 5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even (i.e., the beginning of the 14th) is the LORD'S passover." We can't say it was the end of the 14th, or we would have skipped a whole day in our thinking.

I believe that Jesus was crucified on the Preparation of the Passover, i.e., Nisan 13. Passover was Nisan 14, "an high day", an annual Sabbath.

Thursday, preparation day, Nisan 13, Crucifixion
Friday, Nisan 14, Passover
Saturday, Nisan 15, Unleavened Bread
Sunday, Nisan 16, Firstfruits, Resurrection

Mat_12:40 "For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

Thursday, day
Friday, night then day
Saturday, night then day
Sunday, night

Joh_13:1 says, "Now BEFORE THE FEAST OF THE PASSOVER (i.e., on Nisan 13, the PREPARATION OF THE PASSOVER), when Jesus knew that HIS HOUR WAS COME (i.e., Nisan 13) that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end."

Joh_18:28 says, "Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the PASSOVER."

The Crucifixion was before the Passover. It was on the Preparation for the Passover, which was Nisan 13.

John 12:1 says, "Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany."

Joh_12:2 says, "There they made him a supper".

1. Saturday, Jesus arrived in Bethany near the beginning of the day at 6 PM. They served him supper.
2. Sunday, Palm Sunday
3. Monday, lambs selected
4. Tuesday
5. Wednesday
6. Thursday, Preparation of the Passover, Crucifixion
Friday, Passover

Luk 24:7: "Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."

Thursday, Crucifixion
Friday, Passover, first day after
Saturday, Unleavened Bread, second day after
Sunday, Firstfruits, Resurrection, third day after

Joh 19:14,15 says, "IT WAS THE PREPARATION OF THE PASSOVER, and about the sixth hour (Roman time, 9 AM): and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King! 15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him."

Joh_19:31 says, "The Jews therefore, because IT WAS THE PREPARATION, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day [i.e., PASSOVER],) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away."

Joh_19:42 says, "There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' PREPARATION day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand. "

Mat 27:62-64 says, "Now the next day (PASSOVER, Nisan 14), that followed the day of the PREPARATION (Nisan 13), the chief priests and Pharisees came together unto Pilate, 63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive, After three days I will rise again. 64 Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first."

Jesus was crucified on Thursday. The three days after that were Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

If we say that Jesus was crucified on Friday, the three days would be Saturday, Sunday and Monday. That won't work.

Mat 28:1 says, "In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week (Sunday), came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre."

The Greek for sabbath is plural in Mat 28:1. It is actually saying, "In the end of the sabbaths", i.e., Sunday, after the Friday and Saturday Sabbaths.

Everything fits a Thursday Crucifixion. Agape

After lots of study, I think the crucifixion was Thursday, April 6, 30 AD, Nisan 13, 3790.

I went to
(other calendars that show Hebrew years are off by 2 days because Hillel II added some postponements) and found out that Nisan 13, 14, and 15 fell on the dates of Esther's fast.

Est 3:12,13 says, "Then were the king's scribes called on the THIRTEENTH DAY OF THE FIRST MONTH, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Ahasuerus was it written, and sealed with the king's ring. 13 And the letters were sent by posts into all the king's provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day..."

That is interesting, because Jesus died on the same date, Nisan 13, to save all of us, including all Jews. Haman didn't win in Esther's day, and Satan won't win in our days.

MY REPLY TO A POST ON FIVE DOVES, RE: Gino: when does Day of God's Wrath begin, in Revelation 6:17 or 10 chapters later?

Rev. 6:17 says that the "great day of his wrath IS COME; and who shall be able to stand?" Therefore at that time the Day of God's Wrath has come. A lot takes place on this day. It takes lots of words to tell us about it. The first thing on the agenda is the Last-Trump Rapture. We can see that in Rev. 7:9-14.

Rev 4:1-3 says, "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was (ginomai, lit. became) in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one (God/Jesus) sat on the throne. 3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper (last stone in the breastplate) and a sardine stone (first stone in the breastplate, i.e., this is Jesus, the First and the Last): and there was a rainbow (i.e., Saturn's rings) round about the throne (i.e., on Saturn), in sight like unto an emerald."

Rev 11:1,2 says, "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, RISE (egeiro, lift up, rise up, take up), and measure the temple of God (i.e., the Holy of Holies represents the third heaven of II Cor. 12:2-4, Paradise), and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months."

There are 42 months left until the end of the Tribulation, but these are the days that will be shortened.

Mat_24:22 says, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."

Rev 7:9-17 says, "After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; 10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. 11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, 12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. 13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, THESE ARE THEY WHICH CAME OUT OF GREAT TRIBULATION, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."

Rev 11:3,4 says, "And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days (i.e., during the Great Tribulation), clothed in sackcloth. 4 These are the two OLIVE TREES, and the two CANDLESTICKS standing before the God of the earth."

Zec 4:11-14 says, "Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two OLIVE TREES upon the right side of the CANDLESTICK and upon the left side thereof? 12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? 13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. 14 Then said he, THESE ARE THE TWO ANOINTED ONES, THAT STAND BY THE LORD OF THE WHOLE EARTH."

Mat 17:1-3 says, "And after six days (probably representing 6000 years) JESUS (THE LORD OF THE WHOLE EARTH) taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and BRINGETH THEM UP (i.e., playing out the First-Trump Rapture) into an high MOUNTAIN apart (i.e., representing Saturn, the third heaven of II Cor 12:2-4), 2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3 And, behold, there appeared unto them MOSES AND ELIAS talking with him."

I think it was Moses and Elijah that appeared on Ascension Day. Therefore, Ascension Day, May 29, 2014, could be the day of the First-Trump Rapture.

Act 1:9-11 says, "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, HE WAS TAKEN UP; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, SHALL SO COME IN LIKE MANNER as ye have seen him go into heaven."

Rev. 6:16,17 says, "And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of HIS WRATH IS COME; and who shall be able to stand?"

Rev 11:12-15 says, "And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, COME UP HITHER. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. 13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, THE KINGDOMS OF THIS WORLD ARE BECOME THE KINGDOMS OF OUR LORD, AND OF HIS CHRIST; AND HE SHALL REIGN FOR EVER AND EVER."

Rev_11:18 says, "And the nations were angry, and THY WRATH IS COME, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth."

Rev_12:12 says, "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time."

Rev_14:8 says, "And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication."

Rev_14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the WRATH of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb".

Rev_14:19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the WRATH of God."

Rev_15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the WRATH of God."

Rev_15:7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the WRATH of God, who liveth for ever and ever."

Rev_16:1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the WRATH of God upon the earth."

Rev_16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his WRATH."

Rev 18:4 says, "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." This refers to the Last-Trump Rapture on the Day of God's WRATH.

Rev 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all."

The "stone" represents Satan's asteroid Wormwood.

Isa 22:5, 16-19 tells us about the asteroid Wormwood being thrown at Earth like a ball.

Verse 5 says, "For it is a day of trouble...

Isa 22:16-19 says, "What hast thou here? (i.e., Babylon) and whom hast thou here (the Satan-indwelt False Prophet), that thou hast hewed thee out a sepulchre here, as he (Satan) that heweth him out a sepulchre on high, and that graveth an habitation for himself in a rock? 17 Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee. 18 He will surely violently turn and toss thee like a ball into a large country: there shalt thou die, and there the chariots of thy glory shall be the shame of thy lord's house. 19 And I will drive thee from thy station, and from thy state shall he pull thee down."

Another asteroid as big as a mountain will hit the Mediterranean Sea.

Eze 38:18-23 says, "And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my FURY shall come up in my face. 19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of MY WRATH have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel; 20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence (paniym, face), and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground. 21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother. 22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations (i.e., they will see the Sign of the Son of Man in the sky), and they shall know that I am the LORD."

Jer_30:7-9 says, "Alas! for that day (i.e., Day of God's Wrath) is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: 9 But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them."

Eze 34:22-24 says, "Therefore will I save my flock, and they shall no more be a prey; and I will judge between cattle and cattle. 23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. 24 And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it."

Here is the verse I saw a rectangle of light on in a darkened room.

Jer 50:2 says, "Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel (i.e., an idol of a Babylonian deity) is confounded, Merodach (also an idol) is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces."

Rev 19:6-8 says, "Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent REIGNETH. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB IS COME, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints."

Rev 19:9 says, "Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb."

Rev_19:15 says, "And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and WRATH of Almighty God."

A lot happens on the Day of God's Wrath. The trumpets show what happens immediately. The vials show what happens a bit later.

For instance, Rev 8:9 says, "And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed."

Rev 16:3 says, "And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea." Agape
