Re: 23 February Conjunction
Hi! (from Finland)
Checked the conjuntion mentioned in PC 273. There is a conjuction indeed, but wrong planets are mentioned. Tomorrow Jupiter and Venus will conjunct.

The following is from P/C 273:
...I shared the above with Ron Reese last night who was surprised that I mentioned it because someone has been trying to get his attention concerning February 23, 1999 because there reportedly will be a conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter, which someone has traced to coincide with epic historical events in the past. Ron is trying to confirm this. His new newsletter will be out soon. Ron says he is more convinced than ever that the 70th week of Daniel began with the October 23, 1998 Wye Agreement, confirming or strengthening the 1993 Oslo agreement...

My reply

Thanks. I'll put this on my Web site and Cc: Jim Bramlett.

Weren't Jupiter and Venus spectacular last night? I was driving west as it got dark and watched them grow ever so bright as the sky darkened. It was nice and dark as we arrived home. I could see Orion plain enough, and of course Jupiter and Venus, but could not see Saturn. Must have been a cloud in the way. I want to be sure and look right after sunset tonight, tomorrow and the next day as Jupiter and Venus kiss and exchange places.

I don't think the Wye agreement was the beginning of the Tribulation, but it is interesting that it was Oct. 23 and this grand conjuction will be Feb. 23.

Another friend sent me copies of some charts yesterday. Here are the URLs for Feb. 22, 23, 24 and 28:

Tonight, Feb. 22, there will be a diagonal lineup. Saturn will be at the top. Jupiter and Venus will be lower and very close to each other, with Jupiter still above Venus. Mercury will be on the lower part of the diagonal line, but I have never been able to see it. If I can see it tonight, it will be a wonder. I'm sure hoping for clear skies soon after sunset the next few days....

Note: I saw Saturn, Jupiter and Venus, but no Mercury.

Tomorrow, Feb. 23, Venus and Jupiter will be in such close conjunction that I don't know if my eyes will even be able to separate them. That's billed as the "Super Duper Meeting of the Planets!" Hope the clouds won't obscure that bright beacon light. I sure would like to see it.

By Wednesday night, Feb. 24, the two will have exchanged places. Venus will appear above Jupiter.

The 28th looks interesting. Saturn at the top, Venus, Jupiter and Mercury almost equally spaced below on the diagonal line.

I BELIEVE there were 4 "special events" that happened to the Priests.

1) Bright [blinding] Light appeared to the Priests in the middle of the night.
2) The VERY HEAVY doors swung open [several times] "by themselves" - [normally took 2 men to close]. Sign that God was leaving the Temple
3) The murmuring of Voices - "as you quoted" We are leaving.
4) Finally the "BRIGHT Light" the same as appeared to Moses LEFT the temple and HOVERED over the Mount of Olives [where Christ was crucified.

This is one of "The Location" where the Church ["Believers" took up residence after 70 AD after Pella. The "Synagog folks" moved about 30-miles away and set up the Sanhedrin because the Jews were prevented from returning to Jerusalem....

We enjoy your insights into God's Truth, i read your book, End of the Age years ago before it became so popular, i faced the same reaction then as we do now. As we read your Pro and Con letters it is quite obvious that you face much opposition and skepticism on a daily basis. Last Spring we went through a similar scenario, we were convinced that our Lord' call was emminent, in a well intended , but panicked effort we tried to tell our family and friends to accept the Lord before it was too late. We believe now, that it is not up to us but up to God to do the calling and choosing ,we are willing to share the Gospel with those He sets before us but feel guarded about this great pearl and who we share it with. We feel as an island in a sea of disbelief, we long for others who are waitig and watching and keep their lamps burning brightly. You are truly Blessed by His Holy Spirit Praise Jesus that you are such a great beacon in a world of darkness. In Christ

My reply

Thanks. That's a nice thought, to be a beacon in a world of darkness. We are also lambs among wolves.

As for telling friends and family, pray about who to talk to and let the Lord lead the conversation. Don't force it in any certain direction, but be prepared and then let it flow the way it wants to go. The Lord knows who will listen and how to approach them. Maybe some will see the light. At the very least, you will have given them a chance to understand, and just maybe, after the Rapture if not before, they will finally get it. Better late than never. We can't be dogmatic, or fist-in-the-hand preachy, but we can be gentle as a lamb and just simply share what we believe and the reasons behind it, casting our bread upon the waters. If they are like hungry ducks, they will eat our bread. If not, we can pray for them. Maybe something else will trigger a response and bring our words to their mind. We never know when they might wake in the middle of the night wondering about what we said. The Lord works in mysterious ways.

Incoming Email and why do YOU give a specific date?

My reply

In Rev. 3:3, Jesus warns the churches, "If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what HOUR I will come upon thee." However, if we do watch, he will not come on us as a thief, and we shall know what HOUR he will come on us.

I am watching and sharing the clues that seem to point to the date. I don't say it has to happen then. That is just how it looks to me.

I saw a rectangle of light on Jer. 50:2. It said to publish and conceal not. That is just what I am doing.

The Sign of the End of the Age was the Six-Day War of 1967. Israel grew four leaves (Sinai, Gaza Strip, Golan Heights, and West Bank), fulfilling the fig tree parable of Mt. 24:32-34. Taking Jerusalem also fulfilled Lu. 21:24. One 40-year generation (Mt. 24:34) from 1967 is 2007, or 5728 + 40 = 5768 on the Jewish Calendar. The year 5768 is the first year of the millennial Day of the Lord. All the things mentioned in Dan. 9:24 will be fulfilled then, "to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy."

The first day of the Millennium is the end of the 2300-day (Dan. 8:14) shortened Tribulation. Count off the 2300 days, by Jewish inclusive reckoning, back to the beginning of the Tribulation. It lands on the Feast of Weeks in 2001, a perfect time for the Seventieth Week of Daniel to start.

There is a gap between the Rapture and the beginning of the Tribulation. You can see it because at the time of the Rapture in Rev. 17:12, the ten kings have received no kingdom as yet. But, as the Tribulation begins in Rev. 13, we find all ten kings are crowned.

However, you figure it, the Rapture is drawing near and we should get ready.

Luke 21:36 says, "WATCH ye therefore, and PRAY ALWAYS, that ye may be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS (the Tribulation) that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man." The word for escape is EKPHEUGO, "escape OUT OF or AWAY FROM." We get our word EXIT from the prefix, "EK." Strong's gives "vanish" as an alternate meaning for EKPHEUGO. The escape is the Rapture.

You have "an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation READY TO BE REVEALED IN THE LAST TIME (year?). Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season (oligos, puny, BRIEF DURATION OF TIME), if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the TRIAL OF YOUR FAITH, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at THE APPEARING OF JESUS CHRIST: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory....Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST (i.e., the Rapture)...Be ye holy; for I am holy....Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently" (I Peter 1:4-22).

I John 2:18: "Little children, it is the last TIME (year?): and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last TIME."

While looking at I John 2, we can see something else that we should pay attention to in these latter days. These little children seem to represent the last generation. Verses 20-28 are very interesting: "But ye have an unction (annointing) from the Holy One, and ye know ALL things. I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye KNOW it...he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. Let that therefore abide (meno, REMAIN, CONTINUE) in you which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning (3:11, "ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another) shall remain (meno, REMAIN, CONTINUE) in you, ye also shall CONTINUE (meno, REMAIN) in the Son, and in the Father...But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you; but as the same anointing teacheth you of ALL things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. And now, little children, abide (meno, REMAIN, CONTINUE) in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming."

The Oslo Accords were signed Sept. 13, 1993 and ratified in Israel three days later, on Tishri 1, 5754. When Joseph was in Egypt, there were seven good years and seven bad years. It seems that we are also having seven good years and seven bad years (the Tribulation) at the end of this age.

Sept. 13, 1993 + 7 = Sept. 13, 2000 + 7 = Sept. 13, 2007.
Tishri 1, 5754 + 14 = Tishri 1, 5768, our Sept. 13, 2007.
Just a coincidence? I think not. It smacks of something God would plan to coincide. The Jewish calendar varies too much from ours for this to happen often.

Joseph took up a fifth of the grain in the seven good years. I expect the Pre-Trib Rapture in the seven good years and the Pre-Wrath Rapture on Tishri 1, 5768, Sept. 13, 2007.

The Song of Solomon 2:10-13 tells us what season the Rapture will be in. It says, "My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away (i.e., the Rapture. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain (i.e., latter rain of Nisan) is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth (April showers bring May flowers); the time of the singing of birds is come (spring), and the voice of the turtle (lit., turtledove, i.e., the Holy Spirit) is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her GREEN FIGS, and the vines with the TENDER GRAPE (i.e., the firstripe grapes( give a good smell, Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away."

The time slot when there are green figs and the firstripe grapes is a narrow one. It has to be at the end of May or early June. The only feast that fits this time slot is Pentecost, which particularly belongs to the Church. In 30 AD, the Spirit of Christ came to fill the Church. In 1999, I think that Christ will come to get those that are filled with the Spirit of Christ.

Things happened to Israel as examples to us upon whom the ends of the ages is come.

Israel was given the chance to go up EARLY into the Promised Land, when they spied out the land. It was at the time of the firstripe grapes. Now, we are given a chance to go up EARLY to our Promised Land at the time of the firstripe grapes.

Only Joshua and Caleb believed God. The Israelites had to go through chastisement before entering the Promised Land. It will be the same for the Laodiceans today. They will be left behind for chastisement (Rev. 3:19), Tribulation, before they can enter the Promised Land.

There is so much more, but it is after midnight and I am about to fall out of my chair. I have written three books and tons of stuff on my Web page.

No man will know the day nor the hour when Christ will come....your in denial of the scriptures, and if you don't watch it, when you are "raptured" it'll be by the Anti-christ, which if you haven't checked, COMES FIRST. i suggest you read Mark 13 the whole chapter, w/out adding or deleting (conveniently) parts of the chapter. Jesus says when He comes back, he'll call His Elect from the four corners of the world, at the LAST TRUMP. To teach false doctrines is a "nono" in Gods Word. i'd stop it before it's too late....sincerely

My reply

I don't deny the Scriptures. If the Bible says something, I believe it, pure and simple. I'm sorry that you expect the Anti-christ first. I don't. We are not told to look for the appearing of the Antichrist, we are told to look for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The word translated "falling away" in II Thess. 2:3 is "apostasia," departure, as in a divorce, "apostacion." It was so translated in early versions of the Bible, Beza's, Tyndales, The Great Bible, The Coverdale Bible, etc.

Mark 13:23,27 says, "But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you ALL things (that includes the time of the Rapture)....And then (at the end of the age) shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth (the Pre-Wrath Rapture of the Tribulation Saints) to the uttermost part of heaven" (the saints who were taken to Heaven in the Pre-Trib Rapture are gathered from all parts of Heaven).

All are being assembled in Heaven for the Coronation of Christ and the Marriage of the Lamb. Afterward comes the Judgment Seat of Christ.

We are salt. And salt retards the growth of leaven in breadmaking. Until we are gone, the Holy Spirit in us is restraining the appearing of the wicked one. When we are gone, the wicked one will be revealed.

> No man will know the day nor the hour when Christ will come

Mt. 24:50 says of the EVIL servant, "The lord of that servant shall come in a DAY when he looketh not for him, and in an HOUR that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder (cut him off as the Laodiceans are spewed out of Christ's mouth), and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Lu. 12:46 adds, "and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers." That portion, my friend, is the shortened Tribulation. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone.

Jesus warned the church. He said, "If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what HOUR I will come upon thee" (Rev. 3:3). I am watching so I have a chance to know what hour he will come upon me. Therefore, he will not come on me as a thief.

"But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief" (I Thess. 5:4).

In Lu. 8:17,18, the Lord says, "Nothing (including the time of the Rapture) is secret, that shall not be made manifest: neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad. Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he seemeth to have."

"Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts" (Isa. 28:9).

"THE righteous perisheth (abad, exit, evacuate), and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away (Raptured), none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil (Tribulation) to come" (Isa. 57:1)....

I just wanted you to know how much I have enjoyed your website. I made copies of everthing and am sending this info to all of my relatives. I want everyone to go with us when the Lord comes to get us.

I really do appreciate you.

Shalom, Marilyn. After reading and studying your books and having found your website and visiting it almost daily, I am still thrilled to be able to write to you (and you have answered me several times too!). God is good! :)

I am writing to let that dear precious lady (who wrote in concerning the anger that confronts her from family & friends when she mentions the possibilityof the Rapture this Pentecost) know that she is indeed not alone. I get the same reaction. Last Pentecost I was so disappointed when He did not come and for a short while I was depressed (mostly because after getting my family's attention, it didn't come to pass as hoped for). But I completely identified with her letter - it could have been me that wrote it...right down to being a serious little Catholic girl who now approaches 50 (I'm 53). My daughter finally had a baby after 10 years of marriage and now desires the Lord to tarry so she can enjoy her baby for awhile. My son also says "he is ready" and there's no need to know when He'll come. My family (sister & brother) think I'm just a religious nut. I have to add one thing, tho - my daughters, son, & husband DID gather on Penetcost 1998 to await His return! I pray now that He will count that in their favor, that they were indeed looking for His return at that time. That is precisely why I now am looking in earnest for a sign or warning (maybe 7 day warning?) before His return THIS Pentecost. I count myself as the Watchman for our family. I want them to be ready (how can you argue with someone who already says they are ready?) and intend to SOUND THE ALARM right before the SET TIME HAS COME! Well, whether there is a sign or warning or not, I am planning on whipping them into shape, as I know they are all Christians - they just need to wake up! I know that everyone will stand before God and give an account - but there have been times when I've had to get them up and dressed and fed and dragged to Sunday School on time - I guess I can do it one more time!!! Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus!

My reply

Thanks for sharing this with me. Hope we do get a 7-day warning, but we might not. Noah did, so just maybe we will. Agape

Good morning and I hope all is well with you and of course your husband... I wanted to convey something I read this weekend, that drove the nail in the ground even further about the rapture...

The Holy Spirit resides in side us...right, helping us walk, talk, rejoice in the light of Jesus our Lord.. When the evil is released to run amuk on this world, the Holy Spirit will no longer be restrained from keeping the evilness back.... so it is not like the Holy Spirit in us is going to taken out of us so we can endure the evilness of what is to happen, but rather... we, as the Holy Spirit dwells in us, would be called Home!!, and there will no longer be the presence of the Holy Spirit on this earth, because there will be no one left on this earth that would have the Holy Spirit living inside him or her... The only ones left are those who do not know Jesus, and have been unwilling to accept Him. Just a thought.

My reply

Thanks. I took Ed to Urgent Care today. Didn't want to wait to see regular doctor on Friday. Ed has bronchitis, but X-ray showed no pneumonia. He wheezed one night and has just been fighting for breath more and more each day. Now he is glad I hauled him over there to be checked so he can be treated.

> there will no longer be the presence of the Holy Spirit on this earth

For an analogy, let's say the kingdom of God on Earth is as a loaf of bread in the making. The dough consists of:

fine wheat flour (believers, 3 measures = Gentiles, Jews, Church)
milk (of the Word)
honey (more of the Word)
butter (Holy Spirit)
yeast (leaven, evil)
salt (yeast inhibitor)

The most critical measurement is the salt. Too much and the loaf won't rise. Too little and it will overproof.

Jesus said that we are the salt of the Earth. Then, it follows that if we are here in great enough numbers, we inhibit the working of the leaven. If there are too few of us, the leaven will puff this loaf up and make it a harlot world church of gigantic proportions.

We don't have to take all of the salt out to get the gigantic loaf. We just have to have too little of it to inhibit the growth of the yeast.

When the Pre-Trib Rapture takes place, too much of the salt will be removed and evil will grow fast. Even though still in the loaf, the Laodicean foolish virgins are not enough salt to retard the growth of evil.

A large amount of the salt must be removed (Raptured) or the wicked one cannot be revealed, or head up a world church.

When the loaf is fully corrupted and puffed up to world proportions, the way to stop the growth of evil is by putting the loaf in the oven and turning on the fire. This will be done as soon as the Pre-Wrath Rapture takes out the Tribulation saints, the rest of the salt.

"But the heavens and the earth, which are now...are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men" (II Peter 3:7).

In all of this, the butter (oil) remained in the loaf. The Holy Spirit (Spirit of Christ) will be present in believers, but he will not restrain the growth of evil in the loaf. That is a characteristic given to salt.

"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men" (Mt. 5:13).

"Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt (good) in yourselves, and have peace one with another" (Mk. 9:50).

Good overcomes evil. There "is none good but one, that is, God" (Mt. 19:17). Christ is God (II Cor. 5:19). Therefore, Christ in us overcomes evil, and he said, "lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world (lit., consummation of the age)" (Mt. 28:20).

There are two Raptures. The first is to remove enough salt so evil can grow. The second is so the fully developed evil can be killed by fire. The first is of necessity Pre-Trib, or there would be no Tribulation.

Luke 21:36 says, "WATCH ye therefore, and PRAY ALWAYS, that ye may be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS (the Tribulation) that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience (waiting), I also will keep thee FROM the hour of temptation (peirasmos, trial, i.e., the Tribulation), which shall come upon ALL the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth" (Rev. 3:10).

The second Rapture is of necessity Pre-Wrath, or there would be no Wrath.

While "we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him" (Rom. 5:9).

"For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against ALL ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness" (Rom. 1:18).

Because all believers are "saved from wrath through him," the second Rapture takes place BEFORE the first of the seven trumpet judgments hits Earth.
