Re: Help Urgent
Hey. Well thanx alot uh, hopefully i will see you soon. If you know what I mean. I really appreaciate what you are doin for others. Thanx a million. Sincerly

My reply

May the Lord bless you now and forever. If you have questions, I'll do my best to try and answer them. I have studied the Bible as hard as I can go ever since before 1960.

Spirit filled believers are overcomers and will be given "the morning star" (Rev. 2:28)--literally. I think Christ calls himself the morning star in Rev. 22:16 because his throne is on a planet that will be seen with the naked eye in the morning sky at the time of the Rapture. That fits Pentecost.

Song of Solomon 2:10-14 fits Pentecost too. The winter is past. The rain is over and gone. The migratory turtledove has arrived in Israel. It is a time of flowers, green figs and firstripe grapes.

Lu. 21:25,28 says to "look up," that our "redemption draweth nigh" when "there shall be SIGNS in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars" There will be a massing of the Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Uranus, and Saturn as these planets are moving from Aries to Taurus on May 4 or 5, 2000-ča rare event!

In 1999, we had that stupendous gamma ray burster on Jan. 23, the new stars Nova Velorum on May 22 and Nova Aquilla on Dec. 1. An object struck the Sun in December, causing an explosion. In 1999, the Moon was found to have a sodium tail that reaches to Earth. Things are moving toward a conclusion. Keep looking up. Agape

Hi Marilyn & Ed: May God grant you both a prosperous and healthy new year -- I hope we are only here for part of 2000. But until He comes for us, keep up the great work. Everyone of us who read your site on a regular basis are truly grateful for your dedication and insight. Let us give glory to the Holy Trinity, and continue our labors until we hear the voice of our Lord. Peace to you both, and much gratitude to you both for your labor to further the Kingdom.†Agape

My reply

Thanks. Have a wonderful new year. I hope it will be the best of our lives. We have been in training to become God's astronauts. Maybe our chance to fly will come up soon.

We have snow in our mountains now. Dave told me it was really cold outside early yesterday morning. I took off my shorts and put on sweats--and roasted the rest of the day. We had a bit of fog, mist and quick passing light rain. Winter left its calling card, but it wasn't bitter cold. Today, I'm glad to have the sweats. We generally have some more shorts weather in January though.

The Rose Parade was great. Bet the cheer leaders were cold. The stealth bomber was something to see. Ice skating will be on tomorrow. My kind of TV.

It was very special to hear from you. I just got in, found your message, and have just a minute to write (and also, our server is scheduled for maintenance at midnite). Yes, I have loved Mt. 25 1-12 for years. I want all the oil I can have. You know what is going to be great about the Rapture and Heaven?? Being even closer to Him!!!!!! He is such a wonderful Lord.

I have to say that I am still somewhat puzzled by verse 13. If he was telling us to keep watch, it seems to me that no one would know the day or the hour... oh, I so hope it is as soon as you say!!! But....His will be done above all.

Thank you again for writing. It is so wonderful to find someone who loves the Lord as much as I can tell you do (and what fruit all your labors are bearing!!) I will be doing more reading on your website. Till then, I gotta go, may God bless you richly with the Best.....His presence!!!!

Thank you so much for your two replies. You have made me feel so much better. The truth is in the scriptures. You just don't know how much it means to me. Lot's of things I didn't understand before seem so obvious when I see the scriptures after reading your posts and replies. I just can't say enough to convey to you how important it is to me that you do what you do. Thank you again. Sincerely

My reply

You are so welcome. There are so many things being presented today that we just have to study the Bible to see what is truth and what is fiction.

I have recently gotten hooked on the "Left Behind" series of books about what life will be like after the rapture of the church, and enduring the horrors of the tribulation. This is a series of books co-authored by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. I'm sure you have heard of them. The books seem to be sooooo Biblically accurate, and I was wondering what would be your opinion of these spellbinding books? Your friend

My reply

Someone nice sent me "Left Behind." I enjoyed reading it, but not everything is according to Scripture. It is fiction. The book's purpose seems to be to wake you up and get you to open the Bible and see if these things are so.

The most glaring errors are probably in this paragraph on p. 309.

"Bruce pulled up the first blank sheet on a flip chart and showed a time line he had drawn. 'I'll take the time to carefully teach you this over the next several weeks, but it looks to me, and to many of the experts who came before us, that this period of history we're in right now will last for seven years. The first twenty-one months encompass what the Bible calls the seven Seal Judgments, or the Judgments of the Seven-Sealed Scroll. Then comes another twenty-one-month period in which we will see the seven Trumpet Judgments. In the last forty-two months of this seven years of tribulation, if we have survived, we will endure the most severe tests, the seven Vial Judgments. That last half of the seven years is called the Great Tribulation, and if we are alive at the end of it, we will be rewarded by seeing the Glorious Appearing of Christ.'"

To me, that just won't wash. The seven years are ok, but the 7 seals are spread over 2300 days (Dan. 8:14), not 21 months (21 x 30 = 630 days). The 7 trumpet judgments all hit Earth on the 2300th day, not in the second 21 months of the first half of the Tribulation. They are God's Wrath, and they do not hit believers, only unbelievers after the Pre-Wrath Rapture has taken place on the 2300th day. In the 7 vials, the wrath of God is filled up. What is told under the 7 trumpets are the immediate effects of two asteroid impacts. The vials are the extended effects after some time has gone by. For instance, when the great mountain burning with fire of Rev. 8:8 hits the Mediterranean Sea, 1/3rd of life dies. By the time of the vials, every living soul in the sea is dead (Rev. 16:3). The Second Advent of Christ is 7 months (Eze. 39:12) after the 7 trumpet judgments. The Pre-Wrath Rapture takes all believers out of here that day just before the seventh seal releases the 7 trumpet judgments.

All believers are in Heaven receiving their rewards at the Judgment Seat of Christ when the asteroids impact Earth. Rev. 11:17,18 says, "thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned (the Coronation was the first thing on the day's agenda--on Tishri 1). And the nations were angry (attacking Israel, Eze. 38), and thy wrath is come (Rev. 6:17), and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; AND SHOULDEST DESTROY THEM WHICH DESTROY THE EARTH."

Then seven months go by so the Jews can cleanse the land for the glorious return of the Lord. It is a Jewish leap year. He does not return on that dark day (Zech 14:6,7). When he does return on the following Nisan 1 (Eze. 29:17,21; Hos. 6:3), all his saints come with him. Zech. 14:5 says, "and the LORD my God shall come, and ALL THE SAINTS WITH THEE."

I feel a goodness about you in my spirit that brings me joy.

† I would like to keep in conctact with you to discuss the things of God. Can I add you to my list?

My reply

Sure. I'm always ready to discuss the things of God. Before I discuss our differences in chronology, I want to say that this is a very hard subject and I appreciate any effort to unravel it. We don't have to agree on anything but the gospel of Christ to have fellowship one with another. I worked very hard on chronology for several years, but I can be wrong. The only date I can't see changing is 1656 AH for Noah's Flood. All major chronologers agree on that date. Let us remain friends even though we differ on some things.

Thanks for sending the files .txt. All I had to do was copy and paste into BBEdit so all the lines didn't run off forever on the right. Then they were easy to read.

I know you used approximate dates and mine are according to the chronological references in the Bible. We have to make allowances for that. Anyway, I will give you my dates on the following items for your consideration. If you want to see my whole chronology, it is at:

> 2000 BC Abraham Founder Nation of Israel Called to follow God

I have BC 1960 (2083 AH).

> 1,500 BC Moses Deliverer Nation starts to claim its land

I have BC 1490 (2553 AH) for Moses' death. That was just before they crossed the Jordan.

> 1000 BC David God's King

I have BC 980 (3063 AH).

> 500 BC Ezra Restorer The nation is returned

I have BC 433 (3610 AH).

> 0 BC Jesus Messiah God's promised King is born

I have BC 5 (Tishri 1, 4039 AH). I think the wise men came to see him in BC 3 and Herod died after the lunar eclipse of Jan. 10, BC 1. This jibes with Herod having the boys 2 and under killed in Bethlehem.

> 2000-3000 AD The Kingdom of God...The Millennium.

I have 2007 to 3007 AD. Eccl. 8:5 says, "a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment." I think the time of man's test being mortal and knowing both good and evil is roughly 7000 years, and this judgment is 7 years.

The Sign of the End of the Age was the Six-Day War of 1967. Israel grew leaves (Sinai, Gaza Strip, Golan Heights and West Bank). 1967 + 40 (a generation) = 2007.

The Oslo Accords were signed Sept. 13, 1993 and ratified in Israel 3 days later, on Tishri 1, 5754.

Sept. 13, 1993 + 7 good years + 7 bad years = Sept. 13, 2007.

Tishri 1, 5754 + 7 + 7 = Tishri 1, 5768, which is Sept. 13, 2007. To me, that seems arranged by God.

According to Lev. 26:27,28, the Lord said, "if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times (i.e., years) for your sins." So that the 7-year Tribulation could be left out if Israel would turn to the Lord, I don't think it is included in the millennial Day of the Lord. Elijah has to come before the Day of the Lord comes. Mal. 4:5 says, "I will send you Elijah the prophet BEFORE the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD."

> Creation 4,004 BC

I have BC 4044/43. I think Adam was tested 40 years, as the Second Adam was tested 40 days. The number 40 means probation and testing. I have Adam cast out of the Garden and man's test being mortal and knowing both good and evil beginning in BC 4004/03.

I think the 6000th year was 5758 (our 1998). At that time, we probably entered the four years mentioned in the parable of the barren fig tree in Lu. 13:6-9. I call these Israel's grace years. If they would just turn to God before the Tribulation begins, it would not have to happen.

How I wish they would lean on the Lord instead of trying to do everything in their own strength. How I wish they could see that if Yah Shua (Joshua, Y'shua, Iesous, Jesus) was not their Messiah, there will be none. The temple records have been burned. No one else could establish their genealogy from David.

How I wish they would give Prov. 30:4 some real thought. It says, "Who hath ascended up into heaven (YHVH, Yah Veh, Yah), or descended (Yah Veh)? who hath gathered the wind in his fists (Yah Veh)? who hath bound the waters in a garment (Yah Veh)? who hath established all the ends of the earth (Yah Veh)? what is his name (Yah Veh), and what is his son's name (Yah Shua), if thou canst tell." Jesus said he came in his Father's name. That is Yah, and Shua means Saviour.

Yah Shua is also the REDEEMER, Yah Veh Sabaoth. Isa. 44:6 says, "Thus saith the LORD (Yah Veh) the King of Israel, AND HIS REDEEMER the LORD of hosts (Yah Veh Sabaoth); I am the FIRST, and I am the LAST; and beside me there is no God.

"God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself" (II Cor. 5:19).

> Years since creation 6,007
> Less creation Date 4,004
> Year (+1 for the transition) 2,004 Rapture of His followers?

I think you hit the resurrection and ascension of Moses and Elijah in Mid-Trib. I hope the Pre-Trib Rapture will be Pentecost, 2000.

> 4036 33 AD Jesus is 36...the Resurrection...
> 4073 70 AD...Jerusalem sacked

I think Jesus was Crucified in 30 AD, 40 years before Jerusalem was sacked. Eze. 4:6 says "thou shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have appointed thee each day for a year."

The temple was begun in BC 20/19. It was 46 years in building at the 1st Passover of Jesus' ministry in 27 AD. I think Jesus was baptized when 30 years old in 26 AD, in the 15th year of Tiberius, who became Co-Rex in 12 AD. Priests began their ministry at 30, and Jesus is the High Priest.

Hello. My name is ----- and I live in ---. I am 13 years old. I have just finished the novel Left Behind, written by Tim LaHayne and Jerry B. Jenkins. It was a wonderful book. But there was one part I did not understand. How can I/we identify the AntiChrist? What characteristics will he/she posess? I have searched the book of Revelation, hoping to find further information, but it has just confused me all the more. Unfortunately, my youth and ignorance leaves me in the dark. I was wondering if maybe you could explain when the AntiChrist will come, in what form he will come in, etc. I would greatly appreciate your help, for I am wary and anxious of when Christ will once again return for his people. I want to be one of those people. One of HIS people. So any information regarding this would help immensely. Thank you. Sincerely

My reply

I'm glad you asked, and I would like to complement you on your letter. You sound like you think like an adult. I can relate to someone young that reads a lot of books. I have been reading all sorts of books ever since I entered the third grade. I am very curious about a lot of things. I guess God built the want-to-know into me from the first. Before I get into your question, I will copy my answer to an email yesterday concerning the book "Left Behind" so you will know one part of it that I do not agree with. (omitted, since it is posted above)

> How can I/we identify the AntiChrist? What characteristics will he/she posess?
> ...explain when the AntiChrist will come, in what form he will come in

First, know that the Pre-Trib Rapture, when Christ comes to take the wise Philadelphian (Rev. 3:7-13) virgins (Mt. 15:1-12) to HIS PLACE (John 14:2,3) in Heaven, will come BEFORE the Tribulation. Since the Jews consider 13 the age of accountability, we all need to make a firm decision for Christ at 13 if we have not done it before this.

The worthy believers are to be kept FROM the 7-year Tribulation (Rev. 3:10). Thus, the Rapture will take place BEFORE the Beast and False Prophet (Rev. 19:20) appear. I hope you won't really know who the final Antichrist (False Prophet) will be while you are here on Earth. You don't want to be here when this man is in full power. He will be as evil as they get. He will war against the believers (Rev. 13:15; 12:17). There will be martyrs (Rev. 6:9-11) in those days. I thank our loving Saviour that he has made a way for us to escape BEFORE this man comes to full power in the middle of the 7 years.

When people say "Antichrist," we first have to figure out who they are talking about, the Beast of Rev. 13:2-10 or the second beast, the False Prophet of Rev. 13:11-18. I would rather keep these two men straight by referring to them as the Beast and the False Prophet, but many call the first beast of Rev. 13 the Antichrist. However, to me, the second beast, the Satan-possessed False Prophet will be the final Antichrist. This man will first be a leader in Israel, then Mid-Trib, he will become the leader over the world government and the world church.

When the asteroid destroys Babylon in the day of God's Wrath, one piece will split off and hit the Mediterranean Sea (Rev. 8:8,9; Zeph. 2:4,5). The effects of the impact will stop the army that is invading Israel (Eze. 38). The larger piece of the asteroid (Rev. 8:10) will "enter into the house of the thief (False Prophet), and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name (the Beast/Tribulation Pope): and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof" (Zech. 5:4).

We see this event also in Rev. 18:21: "a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all."

I think the Beast will be the Tribulation Pope, made head of both the world government and the world church as the Tribulation begins. He is the man that rides the white horse, parading as the prince of peace, in Rev. 6:2.

The False Prophet is called in Rev. 6:8 "Death, and Hell (i.e., Satan) followed with him. And power was given unto them (both) over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."

The False Prophet will be the man of sin, the second Satan-possessed son of perdition. (Judas Iscariot that betrayed Christ was the first son of perdition.) The False Prophet will become head of both world government and world church in the middle of the 7-year Tribulation. This is when Satan is cast out of Heaven down to the Earth (Rev. 12:7-9). He enters into the False Prophet and immediately sits in the temple as if he is God. He also puts an image at the temple. These things mark him as the False Prophet.

The real God does not allow images to be used in worship. Those that use images are breaking one of the 10 commandments. The first is, Thou shalt have no other gods before me. The second is, "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image."

We read of the False Prophet in II Thess. 2:2-9. He is the "man of sin." This passage says, "be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ (lit., day of the Lord, the Millennium that follows the Tribulation) is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away (Greek: apostasia, departure, i.e., the Rapture) FIRST, and that man of sin be revealed (after the Rapture), the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God....And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he (the Holy Spirit) who now letteth will let (Old English for he who hinders will hinder), until he be taken out of the way (when the Rapture takes place). And then (after the Rapture) shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders."

This man will do signs and miracles to deceive mankind. He will also make everyone take the mark of the beast, without which they can't buy or sell (Rev. 13:11-18). That mark of the beast may be a rice-sized microchip implant in the forehead, just under the hairline, or in the back of the right hand. Such a chip has already been patented. It's power is renewed by muscle movement. It will be scanned with a hand scanner such as is now used in Department Stores to read bar coded tickets. Beware of the Mark of the Beast. Rev. 14:9,10 says, "If any man worship the BEAST (the second one of Rev. 13, the False Prophet) and HIS IMAGE, and receive HIS MARK in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God."

How will anyone be able to recognize these two beasts? As the seven-year Tribulation begins, these two men, the beasts of Rev. 13, will be revealed when they confirm what seems to be the Final Status Peace Agreement. This 7-year peace agreement is supposed to be signed by the PLO and Israel Sept. 13, 2000. By the following spring, I think the two beasts of Rev. 13 will be in power, the first in Rome, the second in Israel, and will confirm this peace agreement at the same time that the first Beast is made head over the world government and world church. I think they will confirm (agree to it and strengthen) it on Pentecost, May 28, 2001.

> I want to be one...of HIS people.

Amen. So do I, and I am one of HIS. I also want to be chosen as worthy to be taken up to Heaven before the Tribulation starts. There are two primary things we must all do to be chosen.

(1) We must accept Christ as our own personal Saviour. Romans 10:9,10 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." I prayed and told God I accepted Christ as my own personal Saviour to be sure. At that time all the old sins we have committed are wiped off the books and we get a fresh start.

(2) Any sins that we commit after we accept Christ must be confessed to God, so he can cleanse us of all unrighteousness. I John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Luke 21:36 says, "WATCH ye therefore, and PRAY ALWAYS, that ye may be ACCOUNTED WORTHY to ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS (the Tribulation) that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

Jesus taught the Lord's Prayer. In it, he showed us how we should pray. In Mt. 6:13, he said, "And lead us not into temptation (including the greatest trial of them all in the Tribulation), but deliver us from evil." The wise virgins of Matthew 25:1-10 will be counted worthy to go with Christ, the Bridegroom, when he comes.

Here is what will happen at the Rapture. I Thess. 4:13-18 says, "I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren (believers), concerning them which are asleep (have died as believers), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope (the Rapture is our 'blessed hope' (Tit. 2:13). For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him (the dead in Christ are now in Heaven). For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (Old English for precede) them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first (get their resurrection bodies): Then we which are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."

> when Christ will once again return for his people

I am hoping it will be Pentecost, June 9 or 10, 2000, but it can't be far in the future whenever it is. Just get ready and stay ready. Jesus told us to watch. In Luke 21:25,28, he said, "there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars...And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh." Just in 1999, we have had the biggest gamma ray burster ever seen (Jan. 23), a new star, Nova Velorum (May 22), another new star, Nova Aquilla (Dec. 1), and another gamma ray burster on Dec. 16.

These may be signs. We also found out that the Moon has a sodium tail that reaches to Earth and the Sun was hit by an object that caused a huge explosion. The coming of Christ is not far off. We are the lucky ones that have a chance at being accounted worthy to be caught up to Heaven without having to die. Praise the Lord.

If you still have questions, feel free to ask. In His wonderful name

Re: book
A book that I think you should read is The Return of the Messiah the King of Glory by a Messianic Jewish author, Richard Aaron Honorof, e-mail address, phone 912 267 7344. This book was published in December 1997 and according to the author the rapture should be on Shavuot this year.

Thank you very much. I had not heard of this one before. It sounds interesting. Do you know if this man has a Web site or not? Agape
