Bin Laden easily cut the Palestinian leader and his intifada down to size as no US president or Israeli prime minister has ever done. He referred to him as "debauched" "a follower of injustice" and deserving the "wrath of God".
With one hand Bin Laden hallowed Arafat's Jihad; with the other, he pronounced him unfit to lead it, placing himself at the forefront of the holy war....
Today I received word from a friend who lives in the Old City. She said: " Living in the Old City of Jerusalem, I can tell you that the damage to the southern wall is totally visible and physical, as the pieces are falling each day. My point to you is that we must spread the word throughout the globe that is is very likely about to occur (a collapse of the mosque) so that the death of thousands of Arabs will not look like it was at our ands. Naturally the Arabs have little concern about thousands of dead 'martyrs' who will die in the rubble. Won't the Arabs and Arafat make hay while the sun shines with scenes similar to the WTC?"
This is certainly an issue to keep in prayer as the collapse of the Mosque at this time would be an incredible development in the midst of the present turmoil.
Instead of turning to the LORD, accepting Y'shua their Messiah, claiming the LORD's promises and trusting him to take care of his part, they try to do it in their own strength, which, though formidible, is not enough to fight the conglomeration of Satan's forces.
I wish they would really think about Prov. 30:4: "Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell?"
Isa. 44:6 is an eye-opener, if one thinks about it. It says, "Thus saith the LORD (YHVH) the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD (YHVH) of hosts; I am the first (YHVH King of Israel), and I am the last (YHVH of hosts, the Redeemer); and beside me there is no God."
What is his name? YHVH.
What is his son's name? YHVH of hosts, the Redeemer, Y'shua.

The year of a sign of blessing, A blessing for the New Year. The letters that represent the coming year, 5762, may be seen as an acronymfor the phrase "May it be a year of a sign of blessing." 5762 will be a "Hakhel"-year, the first of the seven-year sabbatical-cycle, in which the pilgrims of the Sukkot holiday would participate in a special ceremonial gathering at the Temple. Our sages said that "in the seventh year [of the sabbatical cycle] there will be wars, and when the seventh year goes out, the [Messiah, the] son of David will come."
Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, the tzadik in whose merit his generation existed and who earned the title "Master of the Land of Israel," said of himself, "I am just a sign." The tzadik of any generation, who is the Messiah of that generation, is the "sign" for all his generation, meaning that he is the pointer that identifies and uncovers the G-dliness inherent in the world..."When the seventh year goes out, the son of David will come." This coming year, may we merit, with G-d's help, to witness the revelation of the "sign," the tzadik who is the Divine pointer for all his generation who will elicit blessing and salvation for all Israel--the revelation of the Messiah, the son of David. How can that be? 5761 divided by 7 comes out even. 5762 does not.

5762 + 7 = 5769. That year, 5769, does not divide evenly by 7, but 5768 does. I think the Sabbatic Years are 5761 and 5768. I expect Gog's army to attack Israel on Tishri 1, 5768 (Sept. 13, 2007), the first day of the Sabbatic Year and of the millennial Day of the Lord. God's fury will come up in his face, and "the great mountain burning with fire" of Rev. 8:8 will impact the Mediterranean Sea. It, and the impact of the "great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp" of Rev. 8:10 will cause a worldwide earthquake and every wall shall fall (Eze. 38:18-20).
Isa 30:13,14 will be fully fulfilled in that day. It says, "Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant. And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit."
I expect 7 Jewish months to go by while Israel buries the dead (Eze. 39:12,13), then the Messiah, both the Son of David and the Son of God, will return and straighten everything out on the first day, Nisan 1, of the Jewish Regnal and Sacred Year (Eze. 29:17,21; Hos. 6:3). It will be Regnal for Yeshua is King of kings and Sacred for he is our High Priest. Those 7 months of Eze. 39:12,13 will not fit in 5762. They only fit in a Jewish Leap Year. Otherwise, there would only be 6 months between Tishri 1 and Nisan 1.
I expect Moses and Elijah to begin prophesying on Earth the first day of the 7-year 70th week of Dan. 9:27. I hope people will listen to them. They know exactly what is going on where we struggle to understand.

I think "the curse" of Zech. 5:3 is a binary asteroid that will break apart, becoming the 2 asteroids of Rev. 8:8,10. After they impact Earth, nothing like that will ever take place again. Right off the bat, I see that he figures in 360-day years, I don't. In Gen. 1:14, "God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years." He has never rescinded it. A solar year is approx. 365.25 days. That regulates both the Jewish and Gregorian calendars. The Jewish is lunar/solar. When the lunar falls behind, a Leap Year adds a 13th month. It is very close to the Gregorian after their 19-year cycle, even closer over a 57-year span. The Jews have 6 types of years--Deficient (353 days), Normal (354 days), Full (355 days), DLY (383 days), NLY (384 days) and FLY (385 days). None of these is 360 days. Without God's instructions to change a year to 360 days, I cannot do it.
Since the Bible is consistent, I assume that at the completion of God's work refashioning and creating, this kosmos (orderly arrangement) began to operate on Tishri 1, when God rested. This Civil Year Calendar was kept in operation, even after the Sacred Year was added at the Exodus.
Noah entered the Ark on the 17th of the second month (Cheshvan) (Gen. 7:11). In Gen. 8:3,4, "AFTER THE END of the hundred and fifty days (i.e., on the 151st at least, and possibly more) the waters were abated. And the ark rested in the seventh month (Nisan), on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat." Some people see that there are 5 months, so they divide 150 by 5 and get 30 days for each month (then multiply that by 12 to get a 360-day year). Dividing the total days by the number of months is the way we were taught in grade school to find an average. Thirty days is the average length of a month. We still use a 30-day month to figure interest. However, we know that this 30-day month is an average. Not every Gregorian month is 30 days.
In Revelation, I think the exact number of days given fit in the correct years. This locks the calendars together.
In Dan. 9:24f, the 483 years from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem to the Crucifixion fits as stated, not by switching to 360-day so-called prophetic years. We KNOW that Cyrus gave this commandment to build Jerusalem. The LORD "saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid" (Isa. 44:28). To me, there is no possible way that the command could have been that of Artaxerxes or Darius. I have to go by the clear statement of the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent LORD. He KNOWS.

The Jewish Sacred Year is used to figure the feast days. Passover is in the first month. Lev 23:5 says, "In the fourteenth day of the FIRST MONTH at even is the LORD'S passover."
Martin Anstey, author of The Romance of Bible Chronology, found an 82-year mistake in the era of the Persian Kings. Therefore, BC 536 - 82 = BC 454. 483 - BC 454 + 1 (no zero year) = 30 AD, the year of the Crucifixion. That year agrees with all the clues given in the gospels. No other year does. Those are normal years in Dan. 9:24f, not 360-day years. Therefore, I think the years in the 70th week of Dan. 9:27 (the Tribulation) are normal years, not 360-day years.

Dan. 8:14 in the KJV says, "then shall the sanctuary be cleansed." That cleansing seems to happen on Nisan 1, when Christ returns on the first day of the Jewish Regnal Year. Eze. 45:18 says, "Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first month, in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary." That agrees with Hos. 6:3. It says, "the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning (shachar, dawn); and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter (Nisan 1, 2nd Advent) and former rain (Tishri 1, 1st Advent) unto the earth." If the Second Advent is on Nisan 1, 5768 (Apr. 6, 2008), as I think it is, the 2300 days would end then. They would begin Dec. 19, 2001.
At first, the Tribulation is divided into 1260 days for the ministry of the two witnesses and another 1260 days after the False Prophet desecrates the temple. However, the latter 1260 days, the Great Tribulation, is to be shortened for the Tribulation saints' sake (Mt. 24:21,22). 2300 -1260 = 1040 days for the Great Tribulation, when sacrificing at the temple is stopped, not 1290. The sanctuary will be cleansed when Christ returns. Dan. 12:11 says that there will be 1290 days from the time the abomination that maketh desolate is set up. It doesn't tell us what the extra 30 days are for. I think those will be days of mourning for the goats done away with at the Judgment of the Nations. In Nu. 20:29, they mourned for Aaron 30 days. I can't see the abomination of desolation at the temple after it is cleansed at the Second Advent.

It is the Great Tribulation, the latter 1260 days, that is to be shortened. Mt. 24:21,22 says, "then shall be GREAT TRIBULATION, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except THOSE DAYS SHOULD BE SHORTENED, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." I don't see how the abomination could still be at the temple after the sanctuary is cleansed when Christ returns, either.

I can't see Christ returning at the END of Armageddon. I think it breaks out after Christ returns. That is the battle where Satan's forces are "gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse (Christ), and against his army (the saints that were previously caught up to Heaven). The war breaks out after Christ and his army are on Earth. Therefore, I think Christ returns before Armageddon begins. Agape
The word "Friend" alone doesn't show us whether a person is saved or not, but the way that word is used in Scripture can show us. We have to read accounts carefully.
As far the the word Spirit, and a few other words, there are instances where that word has a capital letter where it should not be, and that word Spirit has it several time.... There is meaning to this You also said the day of the lord begins in the milleniem, but if you read genesis 7, you will see that this is the period we are in now.... Genesis 1-7 is the complete 7000 years of history, and the 6000th year ended with Rosh Hashanah 2000... we are now in Chapter 7 of Genesis.
Have you ever noticed that between the 6th and 7th seals, 6th and 7th trumpets and 6th and 7th vials, there is a break, a parenthetic section? That is because there is a parenthetic section between the 6th and 7th 1000-year days. That parenthetic section is the 70th week of Daniel. 1Co 10:11 says, "Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends (plural) of the world (lit., ages) are come." I think all three 2000-year ages (Age of the Gentiles, Age of the Jews, Age of the Church) have this time called the ends of the ages running concurrently during the 70th week of Daniel. The Tribulation is the trial that will come upon the whole world to try those that are on Earth after the Pre-Trib Rapture (Rev. 3:10).
I agree that the 70th week of Dan. 9:27 is 7 years, but don't see how the time of Jacob's trouble could be more than one single day. Jer. 30:7 is the only place it is called the time of Jacob's trouble, and that is one day. It says, "Alas! for THAT DAY is great, so that NONE IS LIKE IT: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it." No other day is like it--ever. It is the Day of God's Wrath, the Day of Destruction, the day of the Judgment Seat of Christ, and the day of the Pre-Wrath Rapture.
Eze. 7:2-10 tells us more about that single day of destruction. It says, "thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, THE END IS COME upon the four corners of the land. NOW IS THE END COME upon thee, and I will SEND MINE ANGER upon thee, and will JUDGE THEE (at the Judgment Seat of Christ) according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations....An evil, AN ONLY EVIL, behold, is come. An end is come, THE END IS COME: it watcheth for thee; behold, it is come. THE MORNING IS COME unto thee, O thou that dwellest in the land: THE TIME IS COME, THE DAY OF TROUBLE IS NEAR (i.e., 6 PM on the last day of this age is about here), and not the sounding again of the mountains. Now will I shortly (at noon on the 1st day of the millennial Day of the Lord, Zeph. 2:4,5) pour out my fury upon thee, and accomplish mine anger upon thee: and I WILL JUDGE THEE (at the Judgment Seat of Christ) according to thy ways, AND WILL RECOMPENSE THEE for all thine abominations... Behold THE DAY, BEHOLD, IT IS COME: THE MORNING IS GONE FORTH (the morning of one day, not of 7 years); the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded."
Dan. 12:1,2 says that this "shall be a TIME OF TROUBLE, SUCH AS NEVER WAS SINCE THERE WAS A NATION EVEN TO THAT SAME TIME: and AT THAT TIME thy people shall be DELIVERED (RAPTURE 2), every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake." The Pre-Wrath Rapture only comes at one time. It doesn't last all 7 years.
Isa. 2:10-15 says, "ENTER INTO THE ROCK, AND HIDE THEE IN THE DUST, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty. The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day. For the DAY OF THE LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan, And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up, And upon every high tower."
This is the day spoken of in Rev. 6:15-17: "the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, HID THEMSELVES IN THE DENS AND IN THE ROCKS of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, FALL ON US, AND HIDE US FROM THE FACE OF HIM THAT SITTETH ON THE THRONE, AND FROM THE WRATH OF THE LAMB: FOR THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME."
The Judgment Seat of Christ is on the first day of the Millennial Day of the Lord. This day is also the Day of Destruction. Isa 13:6 says, "Howl ye; for DAY OF THE LORD is at hand; it shall come (i.e., first day) as a DESTRUCTION from the Almighty." All of the following verses tell us about that first day.
Isa 13:9 says, "Behold, the DAY OF THE LORD cometh, cruel both with WRATH and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it."
Isa 13:13 says, "Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the WRATH of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of HIS FIERCE ANGER."
Isa 61:2 says, "To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and THE DAY OF VENGEANCE of our God; to comfort all that mourn."
Jer 46:10 says, "For this is the DAY OF THE LORD GOD of hosts, a DAY OF VENGEANCE, that he may avenge him of his adversaries: and the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiate and made drunk with their blood: for the Lord GOD of hosts hath a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates."
Eze 13:5 says, "Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the DAY OF THE LORD ."
Joe 1:15 says, "Alas for THE DAY! for THE DAY OF THE LORD is at hand, and as a DESTRUCTION from the Almighty shall it come."
Joe 2:1 says, "Blow ye the trumpet (it is the Feast of Trumpets) in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the DAY OF THE LORD cometh (first day), for it is nigh at hand."
Joe 2:11 says, "the DAY OF THE LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?"
Joe 2:31 says, "The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood (6th seal), before the great and the terrible DAY OF THE LORD come" (7th seal).
Amo 5:20 says, "Shall not the DAY OF THE LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?"
Zep 1:14-16 says, "The great DAY OF THE LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the DAY OF THE LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. That day is a day of WRATH, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and THICK DARKNESS, A day of the TRUMPET and alarm against the fenced cities, and AGAINST THE HIGH TOWERS."
Zec 14:1 Behold, the DAY OF THE LORD COMETH (FIRST DAY), and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather ALL NATIONS against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken...Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle." Agape
