Note: The following seems to pre-shadow what will happen to destroy Babylon III, maybe on Sept. 13, 2007. Timing of this article announcing this discovery is amazing, 11-11-1.

First Evidence Meteor Impact Ended The Bronze Age
http://www.rense.com/general16/mete.htm
SCIENTISTS have found the first evidence that a devastating meteor impact in the Middle East might have triggered the mysterious collapse of civilisations more than 4,000 years ago. Satellite images of southern Iraq have revealed a two-mile-wide impact crater caused by a meteor.

Studies of satellite images of southern Iraq have revealed a two-mile-wide circular depression which scientists say bears all the hallmarks of an impact crater. If confirmed, it would point to the Middle East being struck by a meteor with the violence equivalent to hundreds of nuclear bombs.

Today's crater lies on what would have been shallow sea 4,000 years ago, and any impact would have caused devastating fires and flooding.

The catastrophic effect of these could explain the mystery of why so many early cultures went into sudden decline around 2300 BC.

They include the demise of the Akkad culture of central Iraq, with its mysterious semi-mythological emperor Sargon; the end of the fifth dynasty of Egypt's Old Kingdom, following the building of the Great Pyramids and the sudden disappearance of hundreds of early settlements in the Holy Land....

The crater's faint outline was found by Dr Sharad Master, a geologist at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, on satellite images of the Al 'Amarah region, about 10 miles north-west of the confluence of the Tigris and Euphrates and home of the Marsh Arabs.

"It was a purely accidental discovery," Dr Master told The Telegraph last week. "I was reading a magazine article about the canal-building projects of Saddam Hussein, and there was a photograph showing lots of formations - one of which was very, very circular."...

The draining of the region, as part of Saddam's campaign against the Marsh Arabs, has since caused the lake to recede, revealing a ring-like ridge inside the larger bowl-like depression - a classic feature of meteor impact craters.

The crater also appears to be, in geological terms, very recent. Dr Master said: "The sediments in this region are very young, so whatever caused the crater-like structure, it must have happened within the past 6,000 years."...

A date of around 2300 BC for the impact may also cast new light on the legend of Gilgamesh, dating from the same period. The legend talks of "the Seven Judges of Hell", who raised their torches, lighting the land with flame, and a storm that turned day into night, "smashed the land like a cup", and flooded the area....

Dr Benny Peiser, who lectures on the effects of meteor impacts at John Moores University, Liverpool, said it was one of the most significant discoveries in recent years and would corroborate research he and others have done.

He said that craters recently found in Argentina date from around the same period - suggesting that the Earth may have been hit by a shower of large meteors at about the same time.

Re: Awesome!
I don't intend to puff up. But this needs to be said once again. You are an awesome example for us to see when scoffers come you stand firm in the word of God. And you don't show frustration or anger just love and patience. Your light does shine.

My reply

Thanks. I just try hard to show them what I think Scripture means. If they don't accept it, I just figure it is to the Lord that they either stand or fall. I did what I could. If I got angry, they wouldn't listen for sure, and I would have that on my head. This way, I am better off, and I can't help it if he isn't. Agape

Re: Your discussion with Marilyn Agee
Sir: You do yourself a great disservice by not responding with the scriptural basis for your conclusions. The friendly spirit of give and take in Marilyn's Pro and Con sessions allows many, many people to consider different understandings of biblical prophecy. The stakes of correct understanding are immense and do not include ego gratification by the participants, active or vicarious.

You don't have to "prove" Marilyn wrong, you merely have to explain how scripture supports your understanding of the prophecy. In short, state your position, show the scriptural basis for your understanding, or quit whining.

Thanks for letting a lurker participate.

My reply

Thanks for participating. Well said. I hope he takes your friendly advice. Just praying for the Lord's help and then looking up the scriptures that he thinks would back him up would help him understand better. Scripture will talk to a person with more authority than the words of any human being. The Holy Spirit knows better than we do how to lead a scripture search. I'm always finding things on my way to looking up something else. That kind of sincere searching can lead on so strongly that after while, I have felt like I had a tiger by the tail, and was stumbling to keep up. Agape

THE UNFOLDING OF THE PEACE
http://www.chn-net.com/watcher/teachings/the_unfolding_of_peace.html
Last week was a very interesting week in the scheme of the Mideast peace. That caused me to begin to speculate on just what it is we might be seeing on the road to peace in these last day leading to the Rapture.

The bottom line is that *Arafat holds the match that can light the fuse on the bomb of the Middle East explosion, that now, at this time in history, can truly start Armageddon, because of the bin Laden factor and the sane worlds declared war on terrorism.

...here's how it works:
The Arab world and it's leaders hate the Hashemites, and their white masters, the US/ Britt's/Jews, after all, if it weren't for the Hashemites the Palestinian's would have a homeland but because of them the Palestinians are the ones dispossessed.

Arafat wants [and now more then ever, needs] Jordan for a Palestinian state, with it's defined borders; he always has. I say that because anything less than that will be seen and understood as him having acquiesced to his Israeli masters; not only by his people, but more importantly by the 'trouble makers' in the Arab world, now outspokenly led by Osama bin Laden. Whether he lives or dies is of no consequences anymore. Dead hes a martyr, and alive hes a threat.

And until now, the Hashemites [backed by US/Britt's] have been able to stave Arafat off and have now got him confined in a fragmented group of Bantustan like land holdings in Israel, which all of a sudden Bush/Powell are willing to declare as the State of Palestine.

And just as suddenly, Ariel Sharon [who has always advocated Jordan is Palestine] is changing his tune and beginning to embrace Shimon Peres' Gaza first policy!

We have to ask why are these "about face's" happening? And of course the answer is American demands; brought about by the 9/11 attack.

Bush declared war on terrorism; 'you are either with us or against us'; and from that came the now infamous 'handing of the pen' to King Abdullah in exchange for bringing the Arabs into the coalition of 'the survival of Israel, which is what is meant by eradication of terror.

The King received his most treasured prize of all; which is the US guarantee of Hashemite survival. And when the King got that guarantee from us, Arafat went ballistic because to him that meant he would now be inescapably confined to the 'Bantustan state' in Israel and not be considered for a homeland in Jordan, which he and Sharon have always agreed on.

**And to get Sharon to change his mind on his 'Jordan is Palestine' stance the King has agreed to deliver an Arab world guarantee of 'survival for the state of Israel', sans the three dissenters and this is what we now see happening.

So when does he get Iraq back, and has the deal been made for that yet? I say yes, between Bush/Powell/Blair/Queen Elizabeth and the King, the deal is agreed, but Arafat is not in on it; he can't be trusted; he [Arafat] will just be the recipient of Jordan. Then how could he do anything but praise the King at the time of the world learning of it. AND, this is why the King will truly be seen as the peace maker and the deliverer to the Jew.

And how could anyone do anything but praise the King when the world learns of his accomplishments. Now hes gotten the approval of Queen Elizabeth for his plan of Iraq in exchange for Jordan. After all, it was the British Crown that gave the Hashemites the Palestinian homeland and Iraq in the first place.

The powers that rule the world, namely the US and Great Briton, give him his throne, and have now done so just this last weekend in England when the Queen put her seal of approval on it. Thats the gold crown worn by the man on the white horse of Rev. 6.

The agreement has to be; if he delivers the Arabs endorsement of Israel's security, they'll deliver his throne in Babylon, AND IT'S DONE.

Well, all we have to do is watch for the signs of this or a scenario very close to this to begin to show up on the stage. We will never see the peace, only the prelude, and we are in the prelude big time right now. Spring and the feast of the Jews is just around the corner. If this Spring is it, we will see the dead rise in Jerusalem, so keep watching. God bless. Humbly, Your Brother in Christ Brother Sal

Re: CONFIRMATION OF YOUR CCCHRONOLOGY OF ENDTIME EVENTS ...I' have sent it twice. Its a real good piece and possitivvly confirms your chronology of endtime events. Can u please let me know if I need to resend it. We don't have much time left. agape

p.s. I have found other verses. For instance psalm 89 which ccoressponds with May 2008 mentions king David getting annointed with oil and taking the thrown in Jerusalem "as the throne in heaven forever". Almost the whole psalm seems to talk about the mellinial rein! This just after psalm 88 which would corrospond with the King of Kings being crowned in April!

Truthfully I didnt personally see anything in psalm 88 that alludedd to Jesus' crowning but isn't 88 the greek gematri of Jesus. Seems I have read this somewhere. shalom
---
On november 08, 2001 I sent you what I believe PROVES BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that your chronology of end-time events is right on the money....I am sending it to you again. YOU MUST READ THIS! I truly believe that this is the proof. As a matter of fact I have found other verses that even prove it conclusively in my opinion. I am resending. God bless you and Ed.

I believe I have found proof that your "Chronology of endtime events" is correct. But first of all I would like to give credit where credit is due. It was a posting on Five Doves by Calvin W. Montgomery on November 1st that got my attention and led me to expand on his insight. (see the Five Doves site on letters posted on I believe it was 11-01--01)

On his posting he alluded to the fact that Psalm 9 and 10 seem to describe what happened during out months of September (9) and October (10) of this year. He then looked ahead to Psalm 12 (December?) and stated that it appeared to mention the rapture. You actually had some of this on P&C 828. In it you quoted verse 12..NIV..."Help LORD, for the faithful have VANISHED from among the sons of men".

As soon as I saw this my heart started racing! I have always been a reader of J.R.Church at Prophecy In the News. I have read all of his books and even financially the publishing of his book "Hidden prophecies in the psalms". I have mentioned this book before and so have a few others. Each time you say that you just can't see where the psalms correspond with the years of this century. So that others who are reading this will understand I need to say here that in this book J.R. shows how each of the psalms correspond to the same year number in the 1900's. The book of psalms is the 19th book in the old testament. So psalm 1 corresponds with 1901, psalm 2 with 1902, etc. I want to say now I am truly amazed that you can't see this. You have to remeber Isaiah 23:13..."But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, line upon line, HERE A LITTLE, AND THERE A LITTLE, that they might fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." I think you did not realize that sometime it was only one verse or two that you needed to see not the surface meaning or the whole psalm that needed to fit.

Anyway I totally see it myself and this is what led me to find what I found! I just knew it would be there even before I started looking for it. My first thought was that if psalm 12 alluded to the rapture and youd believe it has to be by December 19th when the tribulation starts, then maybe I could look ahead as if I was following a calender to see if the pattern continues. PRAISE THE LORD IT DOES!

If psalm 12 is December, then psalm 1 was January 1st 2001. So I drew up a year month scale and wrote down the psalm next to it that that corresponded with it. I had to test my theory so the only two places I could think of checking were mid-trib and in September 2007. I went to June 2005 or psalm 54 which would be mid-trib and in verse 6 (June?) I read..."I will freely SACRIFICE unto thee. I will praise thy name, OH LORD for for it is good." We know there will be temple worship at that time just before the abomination of desolation. The next psalm 55 verse 6 says, "OH THAT I HAD WINGS LIKE A DOVE! FOR THEN I WOULD FLY AWAY AND BE AT REST. (7) LO, THEN I WOULD WANDER FOR OFF, AND REMAIN IN THE WILDERNESS." This sounds just like their journey to PETRA! the surrounding verses seem to allude to the evil that is prevailing around them, which it will be at that time.

Psalm 55:20-21 seems to allude to the antichrist..."He hath put forth his hands against such as be at PEACE WITH HIM. (peace treaty?)..he has broken his COVENANT. (21) The words of his mouth werre smoother than butter, but war was in his heart and his words were softer thatn oil, yet were they drawn swords." Sounds like the ac to me. :)

As I was satified here that it was mid-trib I went to September 2007 which would be psalm 81. I was delighted but not shocked to find this verse: "BLOW UP THE TRUMPET IN THE NEW MOON. IN THE TIME APPOINTED, ON OUR SOLEMN FEAST DAY." WOW. Its Rosh Hashanna! Which is September 2007. Psalm 81 in verse 7 it says "I answered thee in the SECRET PLACE of thunder. I think this is talking about thier place of residence at the time, Petra, where they will be duing the "DAY OF THE LORD".

Luke 24:44. And he said unto them. These are the words which I spoke unto you, while I was yet with you, that ALL THINGS must be FULFILLED, which are written in the law of Moses, and in the PROPHETS, and IN THE PSALMS concerning me."

I know this is going long but I have to mention one other thing that came to mind while I was doing this. J.R. Church has another book called "Mysatry of the Menorah and the Hebrew alphebet". This is absolutely a great book. In it he shows how the whole bible practically is put together in a Menorah design. It is one of the best books on Prophecy I have ever read. I can't help but think that if the Menorah is so important to the LORD, then maybe Hanahkah is when the rapture is. You mentioned that Hanahkah is on December 10th and that on the 19th the Trib. startes. well there is 9 days between the 10th and the 18th, and there are 9 lamps on a Hanahkah Menorah. The servant lamp is the center lamp and is represtative of Jesus. The 14th would then be the day which would be the servant lamp day in this "Menorah design" of 9 days and it is a Friday. AT 6pm it will be Saturday which is a Sabbath day. Could we be raptured on the 14th day of December, between 6pm and midnight? Food for thought. :) Even so come Lord Jesus!

My reply

I have JR's book about secrets in the Psalms, but have never been able to see it myself. Here is the way I look at it.

Psa. 98:1 says, "sing unto the LORD a new song," That ties in with the Rapture, because we sing a "new song" right after the Rapture in Rev. 5:9. However, the Rapture did not happen in 1998.
Psa 33:3 says, "Sing unto him a new song," but the Rapture did not happen in 1933.
Psa 96:1 says, "sing unto the LORD a new song," but the Rapture did not happen in 1996.
Psa 144:9 says, "sing a new song," but that doesn't seem to indicate the year of the Rapture.
Psa 149:1 says, "Sing unto the LORD a new song," but that doesn't seem to indicate the Rapture.
Psa 93:1 says, "The LORD reigneth," but Christ's reign didn't start in 1993.
Psa 96:10 says, "the LORD reigneth," but His reign didn't start in 1996.
Psa 97:1 says, "The LORD reigneth," but His reign didn't start in 1997.
Psa 99:1 says, "The LORD reigneth," but His reign didn't start in 1999.
Psa 102:13 says, "the set time, is come...when the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory. I'm not convinced that he will appear in his glory in 2002. I think that is in 2008.
Psa 12:1 says, "the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men." That describes the Rapture, but it didn't happen in 1912.
Psa. 18:9,10,13,19,19 says, "He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet. And he rode upon a cherub (maybe a piece of the cherubim, the planet Rahab), and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind...The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice: hail stones and coals of fire....He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters" (nations)....He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me." This is the day of the Pre-Wrath Rapture and then God's Wrath. Those things didn't happen in 1918.

Psa 40:1-3 shows that "many shall see it (the Pre-Trib Rapture), and fear, and shall trust in the LORD." The Rapture was not in 1940.
Psa 47:5,9 says, "God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet...The princes (elders) of the people are gathered together." The Pre-Trib Rapture did not take place in 1947.
Psa 75:3 says, "The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it." The Day of God's Wrath did not take place in 1975.
Psa 91:1,56 says, "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty....Thou shalt not be afraid...for the destruction that wasteth at noonday." This is when the asteroids impact Earth at noon on the Day of God's Wrath. That didn't take place in 1991.

> > On his posting he alluded to the fact that Psalm 9 and 10 seem to describe what happened during our months of September (9) and October (10) of this year. I do think Psa. 12:1 is the Rapture, but it didn't happen in 1912. I can't see the WTC disaster clearly in chapters 9 and 10. I looked to see if 9:11 tied in, but it says, "Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings." !0:16 says, "The LORD is King for ever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land." The heathen are very much in Israel today.

I'd like to see something in the chapter numbers, but I can't.

> > As I was satified here that it was mid-trib I went to September 2007 which would be psalm 81. I was delighted but not shocked to find this verse: "BLOW UP THE TRUMPET IN THE NEW MOON. That seems to fit better than what I went over before. Let's test it some more. See if we can find something like "the Second Advent suggested 7 months later. If I understand how you are charting the time, April, 2008 would be indicated in Psa. 88. It mentions "his throne as the days of heaven (1000-years)" in v. 29. That seems to fit ok, but in 89:36,37, it is talking about his throne in Heaven. It says, "his throne as the sun before me. It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness (therefore visible) in heaven." Then 89:46 says, "How long, LORD? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?" His wrath would have preceded the Second Advent, not still be future after chapter 88.

I still can't see it. I wish I could. It would be nice to have such an outline.

> > if the Menorah is so important to the LORD, then maybe Hanahkah is when the rapture is. I could see the Menorah pointing to Christ's coming in the middle of the 8 days--like the servant lamp is in the middle of the 8 days of Hanukkah. These lamps all have oil. The oil that was to last one day miraculously lasted 8 days.

(1) Kislev 25 - Dec. 10
(2) Kislev 26 - Dec. 11
(3) Kislev 27 - Dec. 12
(4) Kislev 28 - Dec. 13
The servant lamp, i.e., Christ the giver of the oil of the Spirit of Christ
(5) Kislev 29 - Dec. 14
(6) Kislev 30 - Dec. 15
(7) Teveth 1 - Dec. 16
(8) Teveth 2 - Dec. 17

That would tally nicely with Cheshvan/Heshvan 17, when the rain began in Noah's day, plus the 40 days of great rain. If we count using Jewish inclusive reckoning, the 40th day would be Dec. 12. If we count without inclusive reckoning, the 40th day would be Dec. 13 (my birthday). If that were to be the Rapture, that would be the best birthday ever. We would be born into another world. We don't have long to see if this could be the Rapture. Thanks for reminding me of the Menorah. It might be important. All these lamps have oil on that day, just like the wise virgins, even if in our days the oil is in the form of candle wax or paraffin. When Hanukkah/Feast of Lights/Feast of the Dedication was celebrated at the temple, the huge Menorah outside gave off so much light, it lit up the whole city of Jerusalem. We are the spiritual temple of the Holy Spirit, so Feast of the Dedication fits well too.

Keep your vessel filled with oil. The coming of the Lord draws nigh, whether or not it is during Hanukkah. Agape

His reply

Thanks for answering my e-mail. I guess we are going to have to respectfully agree to disagree on this one. I wish i could set down in person and show you what I see because I can see where you misunderstood a little in the point I was trying to get across. I was in a hurry...you can tell by my mispelled words...and it's hard to try to get a point across on e-mail when your pressed for time. But I know I see it there and I believe we will have plenty of time to get together SOON and discuss these things, with a clearer mind and more knowlege I'm sure.

Just a final thought. This year 2001 started on a Monday, January 1st. December 10th, Hanakkah, is the first day of the 50th week. Since the slaves were set free at the end of the 49th year, maybe this is a sign that we will be set free from being enslaved by this wicked world. See you in the air soon

My reply

I agree to disagree agreeably. I don't think any 2 of us would agree on everything while we are on this Earth. The Bible is too deep for that. It seems that some are given more discernment in certain areas than others, and hardly any of us are alike in this respect. I may be blinded regarding the secrets in the numbers of the Psalms, but until I can see it clearly, I can't put stock in it.

However, I sure do hope you are right about Psalm 12 marking the 12th month of 2001. To me, the language strongly suggests the Rapture. In the KJV, it says, "Help, LORD; for THE GODLY MAN CEASETH; for THE FAITHFUL FAIL (pacac, DISAPPEAR) FROM AMONG THE CHILDREN OF MEN." They speak vanity (shav, lies) every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. The LORD shall CUT OFF all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us? For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, NOW WILL I ARISE, SAITH THE LORD; I WILL SET HIM IN SAFETY (YESHA) from him that puffeth (puwach, speaks, to bring into a snare) at him. The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from THIS GENERATION for ever. The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted."

I could see Psa. 13:1,2 referring to the foolish virgins left behind. It says, "How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me? How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?"

Psa. 14:2,3 sure sounds like the Tribulation. It says, "The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one."

Those would fit, but when I turn to Psa. 18:7-20, I see the 2nd Rapture on the Day of God's Wrath. That doesn't fit with 18 representing the 6th month of 2002.

It says, "Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of the hills moved and were shaken, because HE WAS WROTH. There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it. He bowed the heavens also, and CAME DOWN: and darkness was under his feet. And he rode upon a cherub (probably an asteroid, a piece of a cherubim, or planet), and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies. At the brightness that was before him his thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire. The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire. Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them. Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils. HE SENT FROM ABOVE, HE TOOK ME, HE DREW ME OUT OF MANY WATERS. He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me. They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay. HE BROUGHT ME FORTH ALSO INTO A LARGE PLACE (Heaven); he delivered me, because he delighted in me. The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me" (at the Judgment Seat of Christ).

I think these things will take place on the Feast of Trumpets in 5768 (9-13-2007), but your chart has Psa. 81 as the 9th month of 2007. That's a long way from Psa. 18.

Hanukkah being the beginning of the 50th week is interesting. I hadn't thought about that. Blessings and agape

Re: HANUKKAH and the 10 Virgins
What do HANUKKAH and the 10 Virgins parable have in common? Answer: The master delayed His coming!! See John 7: 8-10 Note also that that when He did come to the feast, it was in secret. In His Love

My reply

Here is some food for thought. John 7:2 says that the "feast of tabernacles was at hand" instead of Hanukkah, but look at v. 33.

This may be too much of a stretch, but think of Tabernacles as you read "Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me." Could there be a surface meaning and also a veiled meaning? The obvious meaning is that the "little while" would stretch from Tabernacles to the Crucifixion and then to the Ascension. However, if the 40 days between the Resurrection and the Ascension suggest the 40 days of rain in Noah's day, that rain began on Cheshvan 17. The 40th day would be Dec. 12 or 13, according to whether we count by inclusive reckoning or not. That is the 3rd or 4th day of Hanukkah. Hanukkah/Feast of Lights is actually a "little while" after Tabernacles.

The lights and oil both tie in with the parable of the 10 virgins. The wise virgins had enough oil to keep their lamps burning brightly. At the Feast of Lights, the cruse of oil that would normally last one day lasted 8 days. Eight means new beginning. For the Bride of Christ, the Rapture will be a new beginning. Agape
