PLEASE, DOES ANYONE KNOW THE MEANING OF THIS STAR

Incoming Email

I bought My Stars program after I found from your site the true importance of a certain planet. A few months ago - as you were suffering from illnes - I sent an e-mail to you wondering about the importance about a major star named "Torcularis Septentrionalis." I tried to find out with the help of a latin wordbook, but didnīt quite fiqure what exactly it means - there were possibly intresting hints in that name. Some real expert could tell what it really means- it could evidently have many meanings.

As you inquired about the conjunction of venus and saturn - I checked this and they "dance" around the Torcularis Septentrionalis for many days and are very near each other -especially may 28 18.00-23.00.

As it is possible with My Stars change the viewing position I just put Jerusalem, Israel and checked when saturn rises over (calculated!) horizon. Any big mountains in the east of course delay the real visible occurrence. But I checked it again and calculated time (ie. not taking in consideration terrain) saturn rises over Jerusalem horizon is 2.40 am. And it is in the east. Venus is very near. Sun follows after mercury about 4.30 am. This spring sun, moon and the planets are all lined 'near' each other. Just these days especially.

My reply

I looked in 3 books I have and couldn't find Torcularis Septentrionalis. I will put this on my Pro and Cons and hope someone will be able to help with this.

Thanks for the other information. I'm sure others will be interested in it too.

TO: BFP UPDATE AND PRAYER LIST, FROM: CLARENCE WAGNER, RE: PRAYER ALERT AGAINST TERRORISM, DATE: APRIL 28, 1998

You can imagine that Israel's 50th anniversary celebrations would be a symbolic and devastating occasion to perpetrate a terrorist act in order to demoralize the Jewish people on this Jubilee celebration. The government has made this Jubilee anniverary a two-day Independence Celebration Holiday, April 30 and May 1, this Thursday and Friday....

Contact everyone we know who prays for Israel to encourage a tidal wave of prayer for the safety of all Israelis and tourists. We who are on Pacific Time must be sure to pray on Wednesday because Israel is ten hours ahead of us.

Note: May 14, 1948 was Iyar 5, 5708 on the Jewish Calendar, which is May 1, 1998.

How are you? It is great to see you doing god's work and being one of the five virgins who took care of her lamp. I can feel in my spirit that the rapture is soon and god did say that he would tell his people efore he would do anything. Well heres the warning!!!  Any way, I've got a friend who used to be a christian and I want him to go to heaven. I'm working on him, but I don't think 40 days is enough time. Do you have any Ideas on how I could get him back?

My reply

I'm not sure where your friend stands. Your "used to be a christian" could mean he was truly saved and is now a carnal Christian, or it could mean that he never really accepted Christ in his heart.

If the former applies, try to show him that the Rapture may be close at hand and he should get ready just in case. That first involves confessing known sins, as per I John 1:9, so the Lord can cleanse him of all unrighteousness. Then he should do as II Peter 1:4-11 says. Peter gives us a list of things to add to our faith so we will not fail, "For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."

If there is a possibility that he never actually believed in Christ deep down in his heart, there is a booklet available that could help you. It is well written using scientific, deductive reasoning. Titled "Don't Blame Me If You Go To Hell," by Mary D. Ames, it is available free from Turning Point Ministries, PO Box 901, Proctor, TX 76468, (888) 879-3668, FAX (254) 879-3669, email: maryames@turningpointranch.org. Visit her Web site at: http://www.turningpointranch.org

Tell him that he has nothing to lose and everything to gain. We are on the final approach to a great watershed of history--the Rapture of the Bride of Christ. He needs to make sure that he does not lose out through neglect the great opportunity put before him. The Pre-Trib Rapture is a prize to be won, the prize Paul was working to win in I Cor. 9:24-27 and Phil. 3:14. In Philippians, Paul said, "I press toward the mark for the prize of the HIGH CALLING of God in Christ Jesus." Salvation is free, but we can work for rewards.

Thank you, thank you, for your book, The End of the Age. My husband is disabled and I just finished reading it to him (his first time, my second). When I got to page 264, I paused and reread it two times to my husband. It both struck us at the same time. I've always considered him a modern day Job. No matter how paralyzed he is, he praises God for everything. I've always loved the thought of God telling Satan, "Consider my servant, Mark." Cool!

Then you wrote, "It seems possible that God created man to prove a point of justice to Satan. In spite of seeing God, one third of the angels disobeyed him. After they were judged, Satan must have appealed their sentence, calling their punishment unfair. However, if man, not being able to see God, and having to walk by faith, would still obey him, it would prove the angels' sentence just. Man's seems to be the more difficult test. Our test, by God's sovereign decree, is to walk by faith, not sight.

2 Cor. 5:7 -
6* Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
7* (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8* We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

Joh 20:29* Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

I would like to share your paragraph with friends and family with your permission and your name. Bless you for all of you meticulous work!

My reply

Thanks for your kind words.

Concerning sharing this, you have my permission. On my Web page, I have a statement that it can all be shared as long as I receive credit.

I have a question regarding the resurrction of the dead in Christ at the time of the Rapture. Does the Bible indicate if the graves will actually be opened when the dead receive their new bodies, or will the new bodies simply tranlate up through the soil without disturbing it? For those involved, the result will be the same, but it would be a wonderful witness for those left on earth (and very hard for the authorities to explain away!).

I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this should you have time in your already very busy schedule.

Also, thank you very much for putting my e-mail address on your site (P&C 58). Many wonderful people have contacted me.

I believe you are right on, and am counting down with you. There is a hush now, in world events, almost as though creation is holding its breath. God bless you.

My reply

I don't know about whether the soil will be disturbed or not. It doesn't have to be, and probably will not be. The witness for those left behind is that many will see the Rapture take place, as Elias saw Elijah taken up.

Psalm 40:1-3 says, "I WAITED patiently (as the Philadelphians do, Rev. 3:10) for the LORD; and he inclined (bent down) unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit (as Jeremiah acted out), out of the miry clay (out of our bodies of clay), and set my feet upon a rock (Heaven), and established my goings (the Rapture). And he hath put a new song (sung after the Rapture, Rev. 5:9) in my mouth, even praise unto our God (Rev. 5:12,13): MANY SHALL SEE IT (the Rapture), and fear, and shall trust in the LORD."

Remember that Jeremiah was drawn up by cords (representing Christ's righteousness) with rotten rags (our righteousnesses) around them.

It is nice to know you are not alone. I am glad people have contacted you.

I love your web site. I read your book a couple of years ago (several times over). We purchased our computer at Christmas time and one of the first searches I tried was your name and I have been visiting daily since. Even though I've loaned your book to several people and printed out tons of information from your site to pass on to people-I can't seem to find anyone who gets excited about this! So I thank you for having this site so I can read about other people who feel a stirring in their soul and know that our time is near.

What I really was wondering about is if anyone had anymore info on the cassini mission to Saturn. It's launch date was 10-15-97 and will reach Saturn on 07-01-2004, there will be a swing by earth on 08-16-99. The mission will end July 2008. I was wondering if possibly any of these dates or years my be signifigant with the tribulation time. Also this mission is carrying a tremendous amount of plutonium. Maybe someone has researched this. Thankyou.

My reply

Thanks for your kind remarks.

I don't know anything to add on the Cassini Mission except that I think July, 2008 will be after Christ returns to Earth on April 6, 2008 (Nisan 1, 5768).

Note: Since this, the spacecraft got a big boost in speed as it went around Venus, so it is ahead of schedule.

Zechariah 3:9,10 (LXX) says, "I bring forth my servant The Branch. For as for the stone which I have set before the face of Jesus, on the one stone are seven eyes" (orbs, circles, rings), and Saturn has seven rings. It is also the seventh in the original planetary lineup, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Rahab (now the Asteroid Belt), Jupiter, and Saturn.

Ezek. 1:26 (KJV) says, And above the firmament (expanse of space) that was over their heads (farther out in space than the four terrestrial planets orbiting in concentric circles) was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man (i.e., Jesus Christ) above upon it."

Sapphire is from the Sanskrit Sani (Saturn) and priya (dear). No wonder "there was under (God's) feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven (the heavenly body) in his clearness" (Ex 24:10) at Mt. Sinai.

No wonder the sapphire is mentioned seventh in the lineup of "the stones of fire" of Ezek. 28:13. Those ten stones of fire represent Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Rahab, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

Ezek. 28:16 says, "I will destroy thee, O covering (guarding) cherub (i.e., Satan), from the midst of the stones of fire." Rahab was split into pieces and Satan was wounded as this was fulfilled. Psa. 89:10 says, "Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thone enemies with thy strong arm." Isa. 51:9 says Art thou not it that hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?"

What will happen to people who are still alive after tribulation and have not received the mark?

My reply

...I think that on the last day of the 2300-day shortened Tribulation, there will be a Rapture for the Tribulation saints. Then God's Wrath, the seven trumpet judgments, will hit Earth, destroying civilization as we know it. The remainder of Israel will be born in a day. Zech 13:9 says, "And I will bring the third part through the fire." They and others out of other nations who have not taken the Mark and who are the "sheep" (Mt. 25:32-34) at the Judgment of the Nations will live on into the Millennium.

Christ will refresh or renew the heavens and the Earth after his return to make it a fit habitat for mankind, as in Adam's day, Israel will become as the Garden of Eden. Most Hebrew Old Testament saints will be put back on Earth. A few, like Abraham, Sarah, Enoch, and Noah, have choosen Heaven instead.

Heb. 11:15,16 says, "And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly, therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city."

...Your site is the first site I visit everyday looking for new pro and con sections. By the way, there is no way I would be able to keep a cool head with some of the questions these folks ask you. God did not bless me with a temperment like yours. I guess years of study in the Word and prayer gives you self-control. I hope your right about 5/31. I am still skeptical, however, in a positive way....I am starting to get a little nervous about the date. My wife and I are expecting our first child on 5/21. I have a feeling my wife and I might get left behind and our child will be taken in the first rapture. I don't want that to happen. If one of us goes, then I want all of us to go. Sometimes I feel like it is too late to change my life totally around. I am saved, but I may not be one of the virgins. My wife doesn't like me to talk about the 5/31 date. She wants to see her child grow up. I understand, however, God fulfills His plan on time. I never talk about the date to anyone because everyone is so stuck on that "knoweth" versus "knows" issue. I think your on to something. God bless you

The Lord helps, and I know that sharp words turn people off. I want to draw people ever closer to the Lord, not push them away. I just keep reminding myself that the Lord died for these people and keep hoping that they will see the truth some day soon.

I don't think that would happen anyway, but you can get right with God right away and be certain you will all go together. How long can that take?

> Sometimes I feel like it is too late to change my life totally around. I am saved, but
> I may not be one of the virgins.

It can't be too late. When you were saved, you were forgiven all your old sins. Any since that should be confessed to God and forgotten. If we confess our known sins, he is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. How long can that take?

> My wife doesn't like me to talk about the 5/31 date. She wants to see her child grow up.

Surely she can watch that child grow up in Heaven. It is a better place. There is no chance that it could sicken and die. There is no chance of a drive-by shooting, no drug problem, no terrible Tribulation to live through, or die in. Think of the advantages and disadvantages. The date doesn't matter. Being ready does.

Thank you so much for sharing your insight to the Bible. For years (25+) a good friend of mine and I have read various books and articles about the Rapture, but the pieces didn't seem to all fit. After reading your book and the information at your site, the pieces seemed to fall in place. Although honestly, I resisted at first because it is a bit frightening to think that some Christians may be left on earth during the Tribulation.

One passage that had always been unclear was about the last being first and the first last. As I look at it now, I see that Christians that have been Christians for some time may well be last (Rapture II) while some new Christians may go in Rapture I. Another piece of the puzzle makes sense.

Thank you again - your work encouraged me to get my "feet washed" and my garments clean. I hope to see you after the Rapture!

...you sure do respond to alot of e-mail! Your patience is incredible. I bet you could write a book just with information you've received from your pro & con section! (not that much time left though)

Just one thing I need to mention that I feel could be very important if the rapture does happen this Pentecost. I noticed that in the parable of the ten virgins, midnight is the time of the bridegroom's arrival, but it is not specific as to the location of the Lords return. I feel that because the Lord comes suddenly at midnight, it is vital to know where the ten virgins are to determine the exact time of the Lord's return that day. In this case, midnight seems like it is being used as a generalized time common throughout the world as the start of a new day. Therefore, what is midnight in one time-zone is a completely different time in another time-zone LATER that day. The vital clue of what time-zone the ten virgins are in on that day is MISSING!!

In contrast, please consider the events described in Acts chapter 2. It reveals when (THE HOUR) and where (Jerusalem) the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles on Pentecost. So if the Holy Spirit is symbolic of our Lord Jesus coming this Pentecost, remembering that "the secrets of wisdom are double to that which is", even the hour of the descention of our Lord Jesus mirrored by the Holy Spirit on that day is possible!!

Acts 2:15 holds the time clue when Peter speaks to the crowd who accuse the apostles of being drunk, he says;

These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only NINE IN THE MORNING! (NIV)

So it is possible that if the rapture does happen this Pentecost, it very well could occur at 9:00 AM, Jerusalem time.

My reply

> I bet you could write a book just with information you've received from your pro & con
> section! (not that much time left though)

Several are prodding me to put it together for a book. It must be 500 pages by now. I don't know how I'll find time, but if I see a way, I WILL DO IT. Oh Boy! I guess that answers that. I will have to find a way. I did not capitalize that. It just happened.

> it is vital to know where the ten virgins are to determine the exact time of the Lord's

Everything is, I think, figured on Jerusalem time. We probably need to figure according to our Time Zone.

> midnight seems like it is being used as a generalized time common throughout the world
> as the start of a new day.

The Jewish day starts at 6:00 P.M., not midnight.

> So it is possible that if the rapture does happen this Pentecost, it very well could occur
> at 9:00 AM, Jerusalem time.

That is true. However, because the wise virgins went with the Bridegroom at midnight, I think it has a better chance of being the time. We just have to be ready and wait, whenever it is.

time is passing quickly, isn't it? your pro and cons are still great and very informative!

simple math:
Abraham dies at 175
Sarah dies at 127
175 - 127 = 48

... i've read other writers who claim Abraham was born in 1948 BC, and they align that with 1948 Israel rebirth. you show Abraham's 'call' as being 1960 BC on your charts. when was he born? (maybe i missed this in the End/Age). have you come across this 1948 date, and who's right? :>

do you have any info on the correct measurement of a "cubit"? is it 18" = (1) cubit? or is it 25" = (1) cubit (Sacred Jewish cubit?) every Bible i have lists it at 18" (in the Ark measurements for instance).

My reply

Thanks for all the simple math I can understand....

> you show Abraham's 'call' as being 1960 BC on your charts. when was he born?

2008 AH (2035 BC)

> have you come across this 1948 date, and who's right?

Yes, but I don't think it is right.

> do you have any info on the correct measurement of a "cubit"?

There were two, an 18" cubit and a 20" great cubit.

His reply

thanks for the post on 'midnight'.

here's a thought on that. in Eoxdus, the firstborn of egypt were taken at midnight. since God revisits timelimes again and again (his plan being circular) perhaps the firstfruits are taken at midnight this time, sine the Bridegroom comes at midnight. perhaps the Rapture is the New Testament equivalent of the Exodus; the massive, in haste, relocation of God's people beyond the danger.

Thankyou so much for your web site it has been a real blesing in my life and has motivated me in my walk with God.

I attend an ---- church and we had a sermon about daniel. It resulted in finding out what view my church had-apparently they believe the tribulation had already happened and that we are now in the millenium, I was so sadened to hear that and tried to explain to my minister about how these things have not happened and we are still expecting the Antichrist- he said there have been many antichrist- anyway your probably familiar with this view. They don't even expect the mark of the beast- I felt very sad because I felt it might put them in a position to except a mark if they are not expecting it (is this a possibility?)But my church seems to have alot of people who really love the lord, I hope they are all caught up!

But out of this I started to think about the many christian who don't believe that christ is coming back twice- There will be many lukewarm christian who will probably feel rejected by God when they thought they were christians but have not been caught up. not understanding why. What a position to be in they would even doubt their salvation- The two rapture view are'nt that popular-How do you think God will view it?

Just a personal question, you don't have to answer it, but here it is have you done any preparation for your unsaved familiy and friend when the rapture happens have you sent letter (to be sent if you dissappear)?

Do you sugest that people should do some letter writing? or tapes? or information bochures-

Also I know that you will be occupying until he comes, but will you be doing any think in particular on the 30 may? Praying, fasting

what time and date will it be in australia on the 31 may midnight? maths is not my strong point.

Any way, thnaks for your site I have been looking at it for the past 9 months now. I hope your calculations are correct but i will still be waiting as i know he will bw coming back soon. God bless you I have been praying for you and your family. may God sustain you in your work-as I know he already has!!!!!

My reply

Thanks for your nice comments.

> tribulation had already happened and that we are now in the millenium

I don't see show anyone that thinks Scripture is true can think that we are already in the Millennium. How about "a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood: And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters...and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter" (Rev. 8:8-11)? Have these things happened? They are to take place on the first day of the Millennium, the day of God's Wrath.

Rev. 6:16,17 says, "And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

Have the Raptures taken place? Believers are not to come into condemnation.

> The two rapture view are'nt that popular-How do you think God will view it?

He gave us his Word. I think he expects us to search the scriptures and see if these things are so.

> have you sent letter (to be sent if you dissappear)?

I have written three books and sent letters just before last Christmas. Will try to do it again if I can find the time. I have such a load that I was in tears this morning trying to imagine how in the world I could get it all done before Pentecost. I think my family and close relatives are all Christian. I just want them to be ready ahead of time in case I am right about next Pentecost so they will be caught up in the first Rapture.

> Do you sugest that people should do some letter writing? or tapes? or information bochures-

Personal letters sound best to me, some sent ASAP to Christians that need a wake-up call, and others left to be mailed afterward.

> will you be doing any think in particular on the 30 may? Praying, fasting

Praying, of course. Fasting, no; I'm hypoglycemic. Answering email, probably. We'll see.

> what time and date will it be in australia on the 31 may midnight?
