You are mixing up the "trump of God" of I Thess. 4:16 with the "last trump" of God of I Cor. 15:51,52. They are sounded at two different times. You are also mixing up the "last trump" of God with the 7th judgment trumpet that is sounded, NOT BY GOD, BUT BY THE 7TH ANGEL.
The 6th seal is broken in Rev. 6:12. God's wrath is mentioned in Rev 6:16,17. It says, "And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from THE WRATH OF THE LAMB, For THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME (it is 6 PM); and who shall be able to stand?" The Translation of the Tribulation saints takes place next (Rev. 7:9,14), BEFORE THE 7TH SEAL IS BROKEN IN REV. 8:1. Not one of the 7 judgment trumpets has sounded yet, but the Tribulation saints are caught up to Heaven BEFORE THE 1ST ANGEL SOUNDS THE FIRST JUDGMENT TRUMPET, NOT AT THE 7TH TRUMPET.\
You see, the first "trump of GOD" (I Thess. 4:16) is sounded by GOD at the first Rapture. The "last trump" of GOD (I Cor. 15:51,52) is sounded by GOD at the last Rapture. All 7 judgment trumpets are not sounded by God, but by ANGELS--AFTER the Pre-Wrath Rapture has taken place.
At the 7th judgment trumpet (Rev. 11:15-19), the "GREAT VOICES IN HEAVEN" give us a recap of the events of this great day, the Day of God, the first day of the millennial Day of the Lord. The 24 elders seen on their thrones in 11:16 were already on their thrones in Rev. 4:4, when the Pre-Trib Rapture took place before the first seal was broken. On judgment day, the Tribulation saints are already in Heaven to receive their rewards along with the Pre-Trib saints at the Judgment Seat of Christ. They were caught up after this Feast of Trumpets began at 6 PM, but before noon this day, when the asteroid of Rev. 8:8 hits the Mediterranean Sea.
Zeph. 2:2-5 says, "before the day of the LORD'S anger come upon you. Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid (i.e., raptured to Heaven) in the day of the LORD'S ANGER. For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the NOON DAY, and Ekron shall be rooted up. Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast."
2Pe 3:12 says, "Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the DAY OF GOD, wherein the heavens (atmosphere) being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?" (from the asteroid impacts of Rev. 8:8,10."
> > This is the 7th trump as it is sounded. Here we see as 1 Corinthians 15:50-53 verified, that at the 7th trump the dead are judged and the saints are rewarded. Now consider closely verse 15. We are told outright again, that this is the time that Christ takes the kingdoms of the world.
Rev 11:15 is a recap of the agenda of this first day of the Millennium. It says, "And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great VOICES IN HEAVEN, SAYING, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever." This Feast of Trumpets is Coronation Day for Christ in Heaven.
> > Revelation 10: 7 shows us too that the sounding of the 7th trump lasts for a period of "days" so it allows a time span between the resurrection of the dead and the taking of the kingdoms of the world by Christ. When we add the information we have too, concerning the trumps, seals, and vials, and what we have iin Matthew, Mark and Daniel, we see that this time is very limited to the closing days of the tribulation.
All 7 judgment trumpets are sounded on the same day, the Feast of Trumpets that is 7 Jewish months before the Second Advent on Nisan 1 in a Jewish Leap Year. This Feast of Trumpets is at the end of the shortened Great Tribulation (Mt. 24:21,22) and 7 Jewish months before the Second Advent (Eze. 39:12,13).
> > 1 Thess. 4:13-18
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
> > Verse 15 here tells us that those living at the time of the rapture REMAIN til the coming of Christ. We see also that the dead rise prior to this and return with Christ. As we saw in earlier scripture, the dead will rise to Christ, those living are changed and then remain until His coming, but we all meet the Lord in the air and escort Him back to the earth in His triumphant glory.
Read verses 17 and 18 again: "Then WE which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with THEM in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words."
I sure don't want to be a lousy comforter, telling the living wise virgins of the Bride of Christ that they have to stay on Earth during the Tribulation. To me, it is much more comforting to know that when the Lord comes in the air, all the wise virgins will go with their Bridegroom to the Father's house in Heaven. The ones cut off and left behind are the foolish virgins.
Luke 12:46 says, "The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder (lit., cut him off), and will appoint him his portion (the Tribulation) with the UNBELIEVERS." Mt. 24:51 adds, "And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion (THE TRIBULATION) with the hypocrites (PRETENDERS): there shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH."
Mt. 22:11-14 tells us what happens to the foolish virgin. It says, re the, "man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH. For many are called, but FEW ARE CHOSEN."
In John 14:2-4, Jesus said, "In my Father's house are many mansions (dwelling places): if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know (to Paradise in the third heaven, II Cor. 12:1-7), and the way ye know (we know the way to Saturn, the third heaven). We sent Voyager I and II to photograph it. However, Christ tells us that he is the way and the door.
The astronomical symbol of Saturn, the third heaven (Mars, Jupiter and Saturn) is
> > 2 Thess. 2:1-6
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
Our "gathering together unto him" is the Pre-Trib Rapture, the first of two Raptures, "ONE of the DAYS (plural) OF THE SON OF MAN" (Luke 17:22). The first Day of the Son of Man is as the days of Noah. The second Day of the Son of Man is as the days of Lot, when fire fell that same day. (Luke 17:29).
The KJV's "day of Christ" is Day of the Lord in almost all major MSS. Compare II Thess. 2:2 in these versions for starters: ASV, DARBY, ISV, NAB, and WNT. These all have Day of the Lord. It starts on the Day of God's Wrath.
> >  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
The "falling away" is "apostasia," departure, i.e., the Pre-Trib Rapture, that comes "FIRST," i.e., before the "man of sin," the False Prophet, the second Satan-possessed "son of perdition" (the 1st was Judas Iscariot) is revealed SECOND, i.e., after the Rapture.
The Satan-possessed False Prophet will sit "in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God" Mid-Trib.
Until the time is ripe for the False Prophet to be revealed, the Holy Spirit in Christians hinders his being revealed until after the Bride of Christ is with her Bridegroom in Heaven. After the first Rapture, there won't be enough "salt of the earth" left to retard the rising of leaven (symbol of evil). Salt is an excellent symbol for retarding the revealing of the False Prophet, for salt retards the rising of yeast in bread making.
> > Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.
> > This passage too, times the rapture of the church. We are told that concerning the coming of Christ AND our gathering to Him, this cannot take place until we see 2 things.
> > The first is the apostasy. This is the DEPARTURE of the truth that must come, and is here concerning the church and the faith.
You almost got it right. The "apostasia" is the DEPARTURE of the true Bride of Christ, the wise virgins, at the Pre-Trib Rapture..
> > The second thing we must see is the abomination of desolation. This is when antichrist enters a rebuilt Jewish temple, stands in the Holy of Holies, and claims that he is God. This happens very near the end of the tribulation. The rapture of the church CANNOT happen before this or this scripture too lied, and God does not lie.
The abomination of desolation is at the end of the 1260 days of the prophesying of Moses and Elijah (Rev. 11:3). That is the beginning of the time called the Great Tribulation. See Mt. 24:15-22.
> > Matthew 13:24-30 & 37-43
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
In the TIME OF HARVEST, the Feast of Trumpets that begins the Millennium, there will be a second Rapture, the Pre-Wrath Rapture. The wheat is caught up to Heaven between 6 PM and the following noon, and the tares are ready to be burned at noon (Zeph. 2:1-5)
Rev 14:14-16 explains. It says, "I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man (Christ is called the Son of Man at both Raptures), having on his head a golden crown (it's Coronation Day), and in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him (CHRIST) that SAT ON THE CLOUD, Thrust in thy sickle, and REAP: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped."
The first sickle is Christ's reaping of the remainder of the wheat at the Pre-Wrath Rapture on the Feast of Trumpets, 1st day of the Millennium. When the Earth is reaped, the Tribulation saints of Rev. 7:14 will be caught up to Heaven.
At that point, there is no one left on Earth that is saved. Now for what follows at noon after the Pre-Wrath Rapture.
Rev 14:17-19 "And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp SICKLE. And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the WRATH OF GOD."
The events of all 7 judgment trumpets come true at noon on the Day of God's Wrath..
> >  He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
 The field is the world;
The "kosmos," this orderly arrangement of things that started with the creation of Adam.
> > the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world;
The "sunteleia aion," entire completion, the consummation of the Age, as in Mt. 24:3. The Rapture of the Tribulation saints and the Day of God's Wrath is the consummation of the Age of the Church.
> > and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
The "sunteleia aion," the consummation of the age. This Age of the Church ends as the first day of Christ's Millennial Kingdom begins. The purging of all things that offend takes place on the first day of His Kingdom, even though Christ will still be in Heaven for 7 more months. The Israelites have to spend the next 7 months burying the dead to cleanse the land for His return (Eze. 39:12,13).
> >  The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father.
In Heaven. The Bride saints raptured before the Tribulation get to visit their habitation for about 7 years, minus the shortening of the Great Tribulation. The Tribulation saints get to visit their habitation for 7 months. Then all come back to Earth with Christ at his Second Advent. Zech. 14:5 says, "the LORD my God shall come, AND ALL THE SAINTS WITH THEE."
There is no way that all the saints can go up, meet Christ in the air and return to Earth on the same day of the Second Rapture. The Second Rapture precedes the Second Advent by 7 months (Eze. 39:12,13).
> > Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
> > In the parable of the wheat and the tares we are shown that before the wheat can be gathered into the barn, the tares must be gathered and bundled to be burnt. After the tares are gathered, and before we are told they are burnt, then the wheat is gathered by the holy angels. The tares too are gathered and bundled by the angels.
> > We find an actual picture of this very thing in Revelation 16:12-17.
> > Revelation 16:12-17
And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments,
White robes of righteousness.
> > lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
> > This is the perfect picture of the parable of the wheat and the tares. Verse 13 and 14 we see 3 fallen angels, (reapers) going forth to deceive the world to draw them to the battle of Armageddon. This is the bundling of the tares and THEY WILL BE BURNT, by battle and then the destruction brought by Christ Himself.
The three that "come out of the mouth of the dragon (Satan), and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet" are "UNCLEAN SPIRITS." The reapers of Mt. 13:39 are God's angels. These sets of angels are warring against one another in the Angelic Conflict.
Mt. 13:41 says, "The Son of man (Christ) shall send forth HIS ANGELS, and they shall gather out of HIS KINGDOM all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire."
The angels that shall come forth, and "sever the wicked from the just" in Mt. 13:49 are also God's angels.
> > What we see then is verse 15 when Christ comes as a thief, which has already been established as a reference to the rapture. Since we are told in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 that it is the angels (reapers) that gather the elect, we see this is the fulfillment of the wheat being gathered to the barn AFTER the tares are bundled to be burnt. Immediately after this we see the 7th vial, and it is done. Christ takes the kingdoms of the world.
On the first day of Christ's millennial kingdom, the first trump of God sounds again. This calls the saints of the Pre-Trib Rapture to the general assembly in Heaven on Coronation Day. Mat 24:31 says, "And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of HEAVEN to the other.
Then the second and "last trump" of I Cor. 15:51,52 will sound. This will call the Tribulation saints to the general assembly in Heaven. Mark 13:27 says, "And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the EARTH (the Pre-Wrath Rapture) to the uttermost part of heaven."
> > Revelation 19:2-9
For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
The Bride of Christ is caught up to Heaven before the Tribulation. Of the Tribulation saints, only the 144,000 are added to the Bride group. All the rest of the Tribulation saints will be called to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb though.
> > Finally, here we see the wedding supper of the Lamb of God! Pre-trib teachers mostly teach that we are in heaven during the 7-year tribulation,
> > which has now been shown to be untrue. They also teach that during this 7 years we are rewarded, which again has been shown to be unscriptural.
I agree. The rewards are given at the Judgment Seat of Christ on the first day of the millennial Kingdom of Christ, the same day the Tribulation saints are caught up to Heaven.
> > It is also taught that that is the time when we enjoy the wedding supper of God, which this passage shows to be untrue! Verse 2 shows us that the wedding supper takes place AFTER the destruction of Mystery Babylon! This again, happens very near the end of the tribulation!
Babylon is destroyed by the asteroid of Rev. 8:10 on the first day of Christ's Kingdom. That is Christ's Coronation Day, the day of the Judgment Seat of Christ, the day of both the Marriage of the Lamb and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. That is the greatest day--ever. It is like no other day--ever (Dan. 12:1), and it takes place in Heaven.
> > Dear readers,
There is no doubt as to what the scriptures do and do not teach. Never is a pre tribulation rapture taught and every passage defining the timing of the rapture gives it very near the very end of the tribulation.
I do not agree. There is a Rapture when the 24 elders are caught up to Heaven. These elders are the 12 patriarchs and the 12 apostles of Israel (Rev. 21:12-14). All of the 24 elders are caught up when John is caught up in Rev. 4:1. All 24, including John, are crowned and seated on 24 thrones in Rev. 4:4.
> > If I can now humbly submit to you just 1 admonition, it would be to drop the teaching of man in this day when we see the church departing quickly from the truth. Believe God, His word is true.

I am going by the Bible. I can clearly see two Raptures. Num 10:2-4 says, "Make thee TWO TRUMPETS of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly (Heb. 12:23), and for the journeying of the camps (plural). And when they shall blow with them (both), ALL the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation (Mt. 24:31; Mark 13:27). And if they blow but with ONE TRUMPET, then the princes (i.e., the elders), which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee." The elders are caught up before the Tribulation. All 24 are caught up with John, one of the elders, for they are seen crowned and sitting on 24 thrones right after John is caught up in Rev. 4:1.
No, we will not go through the Tribulation IF we are wise virgins. Only the foolish virgins will go through the Tribulation. Agape, Marilyn
...The moon has exactly the same oxygen isotope composition as the Earth, whereas Mars rocks and meteorites from other parts of the solar system have different oxygen isotope compositions. This shows that the moon formed form material formed in Earth's neighborhood....
What were some earlier ideas?
One early theory was that the moon is a sister world that formed in orbit around Earth as the Earth formed. This theory failed because it could not explain why the moon lacks iron.
A second early idea was that the moon formed somewhere else in the solar system where there was little iron, and then was captured into orbit around Earth. This failed when lunar rocks showed the same isotope composition as the Earth.
A third early idea was that early Earth spun so fast that it spun off the moon. This idea would produce a moon similar to Earth's mantle, but it failed when analysis of the total angular momentum and energy involved indicated that the present Earth-moon system could not form in this way....
After we first presented the theory in 1974 at a conference on satellites, Harvard researcher A. G. W. Cameron rose to say that he and William Ward were also working on the same idea, but coming at it from a different motivation -- the study of angular momentum in the system -- and that they had concluded the impacting body had to be roughly Mars size....
Some work was done by Thompson and Stevenson in 1983 about the formation of moonlets in the disk of debris that formed around Earth after the impact. However, in general the theory languished until 1984 when an international meeting was organized in Kona, Hawaii, about the origin of the moon. At that meeting, the giant impact hypothesis emerged as the leading hypothesis and has remained in that role ever since. Dr. Michael Drake, director of the University of Arizona's Planetary Science Department, recently described that meeting as perhaps the most successful in the history of planetary science. ...
Thus, the giant impact hypothesis continues to be the leading hypothesis on how the moon formed. Is it right? Can it be disproven by more careful research? Only time will tell, but so far it has stood up to 25 years of scrutiny.
This cataclysm some 3.5 billion years ago is the earliest known meteor strike to hit the Earth, and one of at least four that have been identified in a geologically brief 300-million-year period. The strike is the subject of an article published in the current issue of the journal Science by Louisiana State University geologist Gary Byerly and others.
Byerly and Xiaogang Xie, also of LSU, and Donald Lowe and Joseph Wooden of Stanford, identified traces of the event in some of the oldest known rocks on Earth—in South Africa and northwest Australia.
When the asteroid hit, it was vaporized by the extreme energy of the impact. Condensation of this vapor produced droplets of melt, called spherules, which dropped into the roiling sea over the next few days and were deposited in layers on the sea floor.
Byerly said it was not known where the meteor hit, but it was probably some distance from where they found the spherules and probably in water rather than on land. He deduced this because the composition of the spherules lacked the mineral composition that would have been expected from vaporization of the continental crust, and because there was even more water covering the surface of the Earth then than there is today.
Byerly illustrated with a slab of grayish rock about the size of a large hand. In it could be seen layers of spherules interlaced with layers of finer sand or silt....
"There was almost certainly life at this time. Primitive, bacterial life, and if the impacts were made by a meteor 20 miles in diameter, they would have killed everything on the surface of the Earth," he said. First a hot steam of molten rock and water would have withered most life, then the massively destructive tsunamis would have destroyed even more. After that, years of incredibly cold winters, caused by particles in the atmosphere blocking out the sun, would have conspired to kill nearly everything else.
If anyone happens to run across information on the size of an impactor that would break Earth apart, please share it with me.
